This was our first attempt at VRBO and we were very happy with the property and the process. The unit is beautiful, wonderfully furnished and a great view. The pool and beach are close and the area is really nice for hanging out or walking down the beach. Highly recommended!

Everything was as advertised. Great view from lanai of the ocean. Was especially nice to sit on the lanai in the morning drinking coffee watching the whales offshore. Condo had everything you could need during your stay. Would definitely recommend this property. Can't wait to come back.

We loved our stay in Kona at the Mauna Lani Terrace Condo! It was central to everything on the island. We took day trips to Hilo, Kona, and Waimea. It was also close to the shops at Mauna Lani and Waikoloa and also to the Blue Hawaiian helicopter location (A "must" experience). The condo was perfect, very clean and quiet. Well amenitized, the kitchens and baths were clean and well appointed. The view of the bay is unsurpassed. The condominium property and the Mauna Lani area is a nice quiet area with a peaceful privacy in contrast to the bustle of Waikoloa and the crowds there. We enjoyed walking along the trails to the Mauna Lani Bech Club. It was a perfect place to whale watch, see the tropical fish in the Manoku fish ponds and see green sea turtles sunning on the beach. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast nearby at the Fairmont. Overall, a wonderful vacation!

This was our fifth trip to the Big Island. We’ve always stayed at the Fairmont (lovely hotel) and last time we were at the Hilton Waikoloa Village (way too big) in nice oceanfront suites. Thought we’d try a VRBO—this two bedroom, three bath condo was perfect! It was so peaceful and quiet with lovely views along the whole back of the place. The location was ideal with the golf course right there and close to lagoon trails and beaches. Every day we would find a family of sea turtles playing in the shallow, protected water! The mall is a 10 minute walk away with nice restaurants and shops.

The home is decorated beautifully with lots of lighting and has everything one would need for a comfortable stay! It is very clean! There were TVs in all the rooms (can’t miss our ball teams😊�). The kitchen had every needful thing and it was very convenient to have a washer and dryer! There were bikes, snorkel gear and other play things for our use. The master bathroom was a good size with two separate vanity areas. The shower had great water pressure—always a must!
