This is a great property! Was very clean and was a great process. Easy to work with, great communication and I would highly recommend this property!
Great property but not the one in photos
The property in which we stayed was great but it was NOT the property shown in the photos. The property in which we stayed (1) did not have a bedroom with two double beds. There were two bedrooms with king beds, but the third had a sleep sofa and was tiny; (2) the property had three full baths, not two as listed; (3) the property in which we stayed was on the 22nd floor, not a lower floor as photos would imply; (4) layout was entirely different; and (5) furniture was all white not dark as in photo and there was only a love seat in the living area to sit on. The property we stayed in was very nice and we had flexibility so the missing two double beds was not a big issue. Again the property we stayed in was very nice, just not what was expected. I do not know why the owner did a "bait and switch". This was reported to VRBO and they were not happy about the misrepresentation. It is too bad the owners were not upfront about what was being offered. The quality of the property and the stay was tainted by the misrepresentation.
The guest and his group were upgraded to a beautiful 3-bedroom unit on a higher floor instead of the original 2-bedroom unit on a lower floor due to the fact that the original reserved unit was still occupied by the previous guest. If I had known that this guest would have been so un-appreciative and most importantly, reverse the credit card payment for the stay, I wouldnt have gone to all the efforts to accommodate such an undesirable guest. Unfortunately, this is exactly the style of guest that shouldn't be permitted to use any short-term rental site. VRBO never contacted me to report any incident like mentioned by the guest. Very bad guest.

Wrong condo, dishonest and poor communication.
When I booked this condo I really wanted three bedrooms, that was the key characteristic in performing my condo search. I also clarified months before my trip with the owner to ensure that it was a 3 bedroom unit. I had an uneasy feeling from the very beginning because the pictures of the unit changed after I had booked the condo. Was told it was due to remodeling, which could be, except that I'm familiar with the kitchens in this building and the kitchen of the one i booked looked very different from what I am used to. Upon checking in I discovered I was given a 2 bedroom unit. Apparently because of water damage in the one I booked. I don't believe this to be the case at all, in fact I went down to the unit that was supposed to be mine and there were people staying there! No water damage, just a dishonest situation. I reached out to the landlord via his assistant and again through the VRBO site to try to get a partial refund, since I did indeed book a 3 bedroom but ended up with a 2 bedroom, only seems fair that I should receive some type of compensation. Didn't hear back from the owner regarding anyway that he would try to work with me on this situation. It has now been over a week, my trip is over and he still hasn't been in touch! Even if this was an honest mistake on his part, that doesn't explain why he wouldn't try to work with me on the price. I also find it discouraging that although he was in touch with me twice the day of check in, he neglected both times to mention the change in accommodations! I am so disappointed with this owner, and unfortunately can't say I'm surprised. I had a bad vibe from almost the very beginning. He is dishonest, doesn't care about the customer and their satisfaction at all. He is more concerned with his bottom line. Stay away from this owner and his properties, I don't recommend him at all!
Unfortunately, this is exactly the type of guest that ruins it for all the other users of vacation rentals sites. The guest booked my place for 5 guests but checked in with 9 guests in total. The guest refused to register the names of all the occupants of my place and started complaining about the unit from the first night, obviously to obtain some kind of refund. The group left my place damaged, very dirty and with missing items and broken pieces of furniture. Eventhough I have strict no-smoking rules, they smoked in my unit. The guest filed a false complaint with HomeAway on the status of my unit, from which I had to send her a $475 refund. This type of travelers shouldn't be allowed to use any vacation rentals sites. Hopefully, this post will help restrict access to HomeAway/VRBO to this malicious and dishonest guest.

Lovely, bright, spacious, and luxurious condo. Close to all amenities. Really enjoyed our stay.
