Just what we needed!!

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time here! We have been staying at the tradewinds for over 20 years and this is my favorite unit! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms are redone, location is perfect, and Rose was great! Our internet went down and she had a solution within an hour and it was fixed that day!!! The location is on the first floor which is great! I will definitely be booking again for our next annual trip!

1st floor and so close to the beach!!!

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time staying over spring break in April 2017. The beach was beautiful and not crowded and at one point my daughter asked if it was our own private beach. The condo had all linens provided and the owner provided a snack basket which my kids devoured. There is a dock that is walking distance from the condo and is great for fishing so bring a fishing pole. Pool and the beach are steps away. Would stay again!

Wonderful Place!

  • 5 of 5

My kids and I came here for a little R&R. This was our first time visiting St. Augustine. What an amazing small town in Florida. Now to the condo we stayed at...... I would rate it 5 out of 5 and highly recommend to anyone. Rose, the property manager was wonderful and the complex was exactly what I expected from previous reviews and pics. The unit we stayed in was very clean, spacious and had all the necessary items needed for vacation. The property was well maintained and only steps from the beach. The location was great, it took less than 20 minutes to get to the shopping district of St. Augustine. We went surfing down the road and the beaches were way busier than in front of our condo. I loved that it was not crowded in the area we stayed. If you plan on visiting this area, I highly recommend contacting Rose and she will take great care of you.
