Choose a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath; 2 bedroom, 2 bath; or 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit in this well designed mid-rise. The building features oceanfront and ocean view units, each with a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, washer, dryer and central air. The building offers an elevator, handicap ramp, and one or two off-street parking spaces depending on the unit size. Your well situated mid-town location is within walking distance of the Ocean City Convention Center and only a short drive to the famous Boardwalk. Some units are NON-SMOKING. This building has numerous options to choose from-they won't last long! Unit is located on the south side of the building with excellent side view of the ocean. The hall bath tub has a grab bar and a cut out for easy step in and out use, New for 2016: dishwasher, carpet, furniture, balcony furniture, and mattresses. Pets are not permitted however owners have dogs-if allergic take appropriate precautions.

The apartment looked the same as the pictures. The door was very hard to open.
Our stay was very short. The second day we were there my friend fell outside on a railroad tie that was not clearly marked on the side of the building and broke her shoulder. We tried to report it to the Real Estate Handling the rental and they said they had nothing to do with filing an accident report. They gave us a Property Manager name (which was different that the one on the parking pass). We called the Property Manager and they would not give us the name of the insurance company. We have not heard from the property manager or the insurance company. I think we could have been treated a little better. We went to Urgent Care and the E.R. We drove home the next day. We are not happy with the way we were treated by the Real Estate or the Property Manager. I don't think we will be coming back. I think they should have a sign for a building manager on site.

Holiday Real Estate only manages those units listed with us for rent. We do not have any authority over or responsibility for the exterior areas including the parking lot, common areas, walkways, etc. The management of the building as a whole. including the exterior, is through Paradise Properties. When we received your report of an issue we immediately provided you the contact information for the appropriate party. We are sorry to hear you did not receive a satisfactory answer from them however we have no authority over Paradise Properties. If your friend wishes to pursue their claim I strongly suggest she seek competent legal advice and have her attorney contact the management company. Thank you.

Holiday Real Estate
The condo was nice-well furnished and clean. It's right on the beach and is a nice place to stay. However, previous occupants or owner brought cats which really aggravated my allergies. Showerheads are not very good.
Thank you for your comments, while this particular property & building does not accept pets of guests, owners sometimes do bring their own pets. We realize that there are guests that have allergies, and we note on the guest's Lodging Agreement units where we are aware of the possibility of an owner bringing their pet. We will investigate the report of the poor showerheads.
