NOTE: The posted photos are the 2nd floor apartment BUT we have 3 apartments in this same building. All 3 apartments are located in the same building on St-Denis st.
Now newly renovated, this apartment has 2 full en-suites. 2 of the bathrooms have showers with spa jets and the 3rd one has a bath/shower combination. It is perfect for business travelers, larges families and groups.
The dining room table can seat 8 to 10 people. The kitchen island can sit another 2 to 3 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped so a full Thanksgiving dinner can be cooked with ease.
We provide linens, towels, iron, ironing board, washer and dryer (with detergent), hair dryers, AC, wi-fi, hand & body soap, shampoo and conditioner, luggage racks and everything you need to clean in case of a longer stay.
Our best feature, the terrace! We built a massive terrace at the back of the building so everyone can sit and relax after a long day of exploration or to have a nice meal.
Once you make your reservation, we will send you a long list of recommendations and useful information (including parking and wi-fi info). You won't need to research anything before you come unless you want to.
Best of all, we are always available to answer your questions. E-mail, phone or text. Although it is not always possible, we like to come by and meet our guests so we hope to get to meet you!

Early check-in & late check-out are available upon request & based on availability at a rate of $50 + tax ($58) each.
Minimum stay is 2 nights except for the months of November, December, January & Febuary (except special events or holidays)

1-night minimum stay ONLY applies to the months of November, December, January & February (minus any special event or holiday). Weekends are 2 nights (either a Friday and Saturday or a Saturday and Sunday)

We have all the permits necessary to rent short term in our city. We are certified by the Quebec Tourism Board and are a registered business in the province of Quebec.
By law, we must charge the Quebec Provincial Tax, the Montreal Lodging Tax & the Canada Federal Tax. Receipts with tax numbers can be provided upon request.
Le Plateau Mont-Royal is the most popular place to stay in Montreal (as well as the downtonw and Old Town burrows which are adjacent). This is the place where you will find the most shops and cafés. There are tons of interesting "mom and pop" stores as well as your classic like Subway and Starbucks. Liquor stores and grocery stores are also right around the corner.
Once you make your reservation with us, we will send you a document that will have about 10 pages. You will get all the info you need for your stay and more!
A large terrace has been built at the back of the building. People have really enjoyed spending their days there enjoying the sun or shade.
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are non-refundable.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am especially outside on the terrace
Music will be tolerated between 9am and 10pm as long as the neighbors do not complain.
This a non-smoking property.
No pets allowed.
Total number of occupants will never exceed the quoted number of guests. No additional visitors allowed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes must be washed before departure.
No long distance phone calls or movie rentals allowed without prior approval of the owners.
Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11 am unless payment ($40 + taxes) has been received for an extended stay.
Please leave the linens on the beds upon departure. We make an inventory every time.
If you have the chance to start a load of the WHITE towels before departure, we will be extremely grateful. The detergent is provided.
The damage deposit of $1000 must be paid at least 30 days before check-in or as soon as the booking is confirmed. A Paypal invoice will be sent to you to do so.
A rental agreement must be signed by the guests and returned to the owner before check-in.
$500 is automatically kept from the damage deposit in case any of those rules are broken or in case of noise complaint.
No reservations will be accepted instantly less than 5 days before check-in. Please inquiry 1st.
