Hi! We have a very beautiful home, app 2 miles from Rehoboth Boardwalk, that we are renting by the week. It has 3 Bedrooms, 2 full Bathrooms, Washer and Dryer, Living Room, Dining Room, and a fully equipped Kitchen. All linens are included. There is even enough room to park your boat on our property! This is a Non-Smoking house, but it does have a nice outside deck! We will consider Weekend stays on available weeks. This was our parent's home, so all we ask is that you treat it with the respect, and care it deserves. They still come back from time to time, to enjoy the beach!

About James Burke
We purchased this home from my wife's parent's to help them move into an assisted living community. Just after we bought it, my company relocated me to FL! Her parents still like to come back to the beach every now and then, and by renting this home, it helps us pay for the up-keep needed to maintain it. We even enjoy our vacation time at this house!
James Burke purchased this House in 2009
Why James Burke chose Rehoboth Beach
This house is on a private road, in a very good location, near all the outlet stores, retaurants, and only 2 miles from the beach!
What makes this House unique
This home has a very nice country feeling to it, and a beautiful deck outside to sit and enjoy nature in a quiet peaceful setting.

Very clean homey rental
This was perfect for us and our pups! It was located close to all that we needed to be near at the beach and surrounding area. The host was very attentive, answered our questions and took care of our needs.
Nice Older Home
Location is great! It was clean, functional and had everything we needed. I would stay here again.
Thank you Benjamin for the nice review!
Great location and good for young families and pets as unfortunately house is old and needs some luv
Family friendly yes but needs to be decluttered and fridge and cupboards need to be emptied of perishable food after each quest leaves. A great location handy to shops and restaurants beaches and activities.
Thank you for the review Jane. I talked to Pat and she just thought that leaving condiments in the fridge, that aren't out of date, would help out the next guest. Pat, Frank and my number are posted on the fridge. Had you called any of us, we would have taken care of any issues immediately. As far as the house being "old", that is why we do not charge top dollar, and usually equal to what Econolodge charges for 1 room.
Enjoyable locality close to the beach
Served as a place to stay while at the shore. Near the outlets. Close to Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park. This year the week selected fell at a time when the weather was a great time for the beach. Made it there 6 days. Not far from a number of great restaurants and movie theater., miniature golf and other things to do.
Thank you for your review Roger!
Quaint and Charming
Our family really enjoyed our stay here. There we 2 children 16 months old, 1 4-year old and 4 adults plus the dogs. It was very comfortable with a big open common area which made it nice. The home is definitely "retro" but had everything you could possibly need and was very close to the main road. With traffic it took a little time to get to the boardwalk but all in all not too bad. I highly recommend.
Thank you for your great review! I know it may be retro, but that is why we don't charge top dollar, and usually the same price as one room at the Econo Lodge.
Everything you would need was there, towels, sheets, pots, pans etc. There was a grille, wi- fi , TV
We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the close proximity to the beach. With all paneled walls and Venetian blinds, there was a lot of dust and my allergies suffered. There are a couple of kitchen cabinets that just swing open, so watch your head ( I banged my head ). More dinner dishes and bowls might be needed, but we just got paper plates& bowls. There was a washer & dryer and soap available, which was very nice. You will also be close in proximity to Outlet stores- no tax in Delaware. Nearest grocery store is right at the end of Munchy Branch Rd.and a drugstore is on the left as you leave Munchy Branch Rd.(Walgreen's). We enjoyed all of the amenities, and the closeness of beach, grocery store and a drugstore. Many great places on Coastal Dr. 1 to eat, or cook out on the grille on the deck. Vintage mid- century décor, and the bathroom water takes a few minutes to get warm. I would recommend a good dusting & mopping before people arrive, and an update on some of the décor and plumbing. It is a great place for a family to stay!
The house is 2 miles from the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach! It is very close to many outlet stores!
