Perfect

  • 5 of 5

I couldn't have picked better. This apartment has everything one would need, clean, and very comfortable. It is well located, with shops, markets, restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. Approximately a mile and a half walk, or steps from the streetcar, to mid town. Christiane and Anton were most attentive and a pleasure to rent from. I would definitely recommend to others and return myself.

Perfect Stay

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a week over Christmas and cannot say enough about what a wonderful spot this is. The owners have excellent taste in furnishings and finishes. The apartment is in a historic building and is modern meets historic, a perfect combination and so cute. Big windows, spacious and even a fireplace. I am very picky about cleanliness and this apartent is exceptionally clean, even down to new sponge in the kitchen. Excellent location where you can walk two blocks to a great shopping street (23rd) and lots of wonderful restaurants. The owners are so kind and responsive. They gave us some excellent restaurant tips and site seeing ideas. Christiana who owns the property with her husband, has a rug shop down stairs. Beautiful rugs and she has some in the apartment which makes it extra special. She was so kind and brought us some Christmas decorations! The owners are not intrusive but there if you need them. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Can't wait to return.
