Overall the experience was good. Cabin was clean and looked like the pictures online. Beautiful view after a day and a half of rain. No issues with the cabin.
My issue was with Mountain Laurel and them sending the emails for the directions and code. I had to call to get the directions and was told I would get an email day of checkin with code for door..... never received and had to call again. Theses emails didn’t get sent to my junk box cause I was checking constantly.

Sorry you had to call in a few times to receive your information. We have had a glitch in our system, we have been working with the company to help get this resolved so our information will start generating out correctly. We know that this has been a hassle for our guests and for all of us here in the office. We hope that we will have this resolved very soon. Responsive property management company but cabin needs updating
We had expectations for the cabin that weren’t met. Although we saved about $40 a night from other cabins in the area, next time we’ll spend the extra money. The cabin wasn’t dirty but it was musty. I don’t think it’s used very often. The wifi router was out, the dining room light was out and there were mouse droppings on the dish drying mat.
One reason I chose this cabin was the pool table that was shown in the pictures. Although it was in a covered area outdoors, it wasn’t usable. When the balls were set on it, they all just rolled to the left into one of the spiderweb lined pockets. The air hockey game on the other side of the table was also broken.
We talked to the property management company about the wifi and dining room lights and they were very friendly and responsive. The maintenance person that came by to fix the lights was also very nice. We appreciate the effort but the cabin needs to be updated and refreshed a bit to get it up to par with others in the Blue Ridge area.
We ended up checking out a day early.
Very relaxing stay, great company
Had issues with the hot tub not working. They were unable to fix it. Without any request they moved us to an upgraded cabin and made sure the rest of our stay went smooth. Great company to work with.
