Please note that our property is managed by Brett Robinson but is now only rented through us. Brett Robinson will take care of you when you get here, but because of scheduling issues, we have opted to do all booking ourselves.

Terry & I really love this unit. This 12th floor condo, with a king tempupedic bed in the bedroom and a queen sleep sofa (comfy memory foam) in the living room, beach themed furniture, a large 55-inch TV (with Netflix) and granite countertops make this a top renting unit. Two renovated outdoor pools (2016) and renovated indoor pool and hot tubs are provided for your enjoyment. It is sparkling clean and decorated in a fun beach-style. It includes many premium amenities but not a premium price. All the appliances are upgraded including a large side-by side refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer & dryer, new faucets & cabinets. The bedroom has a king tempurpedic mattress. The sleep sofa has a new comfortable memory foam mattress. The unit has high ceilings and a spectacular view of the pass and Gulf of Mexico! Take a look and you will see why so many of our bookings are return guests. I'm sure you'll love this place as much as we do. PS: If E1205 is booked, take a look at our other unit E405 VRBO Listing no. 424376. Check in is at the front desk at Phoenix East - pick up your key right at the condo. We have a 24 hour manned desk, maintenance and security on site. All Brett Robinson services apply. A large parking lot makes parking for more than one vehicle almost always available (small fee applies for more than one car).

About Stew and Terry Caulfield

Terry and I fell in love with Phoenix East which has earned a Certificate of Excellence) the first time we saw it and bought a condo the same day in the spring of 1998. We enjoyed it so much we bought a second one bedroom in the fall. We are now retired and spend several months at Phoenix East giving us time to make the apartments really special. We love our apartments and enjoy making them nice for our guests.

If you are looking at this site you probably know how much fun Orange Beach/Gulf Shores can be. We love the beach atmosphere, the fun shops, the huge Outlet Mall, the Warf and all the wonderful restaurants on the water. Our units continue to be two of the most requested units at Phoenix East, and since we live there all winter, you can be sure they are special. Now Brett Robinson is allowing us to offer these units, ourselves, at special prices.

What makes this condo unique

The location is outstanding with a spectacular view of the wide beach and the beautiful pass. The condo has a fun feel good ambiance we love sharing with others. The building is a long way from the road and traffic so all you hear is the sound of the surf ! Lots of wonderful restaurants within walking distance!

My husband and I just got home from a few days at Orange Beach. We went there for my husband to attend a meeting related to his job that is held twice a year. I chose your condo from viewing pictures on the internet on the Brett-Robinson website. I have to tell you just how much we enjoyed our stay! My husband loved having the large flat screen tv in the living area. I loved all of the cute decor. You two have just outdone yourselves! We have been coming there for over 15 years for these meetings. We are looking into maybe buying a condo of our own in a few years. Property is exactly as described!

We recently had a two night stay as a mid-week "prevacation" before a weekend wedding in Gulf Shores. The owner responded quickly to my booking request and it was confirmed within an hour. Check in at the Phoenix East desk was quick and easy.

The unit itself was furnished exactly as the photos depict, no ugly surprises once we arrived. The furnishings were very nice and it feels as if it's been recently renovated, no "worn around the edges" here!! The furniture was comfortable and the bed was one of the best I've ever slept on away from my own! The deck was perfect for enjoying an early morning cup of coffee and watching boats come and go through Perdido Pass. The property was very clean and well maintained. The A/C worked well and we had plenty of hot water with excellent water pressure.

The only (incredibly minor) complaint is that there was only a thin blanket for the sofa bed. (This may be standard for rental condos, I'm not sure, as we don't normally utilize a sofa bed). On our last night, once of us wasn't feeling well, so we unfolded the sofa bed in case we needed to sleep in separate areas. (By the way, that mattress was comfortable, as well). Having an actual bedspread/comforter probably doesn't matter to most guests, but if you're traveling with more than two people, you may want to consider bringing an additional blanket.

All in all, a wonderful property, don't hesitate to book here!!

Perfect location!

Apartment was perfect for my stay. Bed was comfortable. Location was great. Recommend Brick and Spoon for breakfast and check out the landmark dive bar Flora-bama just a few miles away. Wouldn't change a thing.

Five days in Heaven on Earth!!

Riding upon the elevator of the condominium was a sightseeing tour of Orange Beach in itself. The wide windows allotted for a glance of what would be ahead in the week. As the doors opened, we made our way towards the door with large block lettering. It read: 1205. Upon opening the door we marveled at the seemingly extensive array of detail placed within the condo...from floating fish to swimming sea turtles we fixated our eyes upon the marvels of the ocean and what superb recognition of its excellence it was in. This condo was the perfect place to spend a wonderful week, and its superb cleanliness was appreciated and satisfactory to our vacation getaway. I highly recommend this condo for anyone who is seeking a relaxing and wonderful time in the beautiful City of Orange Beach, Alabama.

The beach is very wide here and the Condo has a beautiful view of the beach, the pass and Alabama Point. Excellent view of the 4th of July fireworks and boat races from the comfort of your balcony. The condo is set far back from the road with a beautiful landscaped entry so the only sound you hear is the surf! It is two doors down from the famous Perdido Beach Resort.

The unit is available for 1 or 2 night rentals only if it does not break up a block of 3 or more unreserved days.

Fifty Percent (50%) is due when booked, the remaining 50% is due at check in.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled less than 14 days prior to reservation 25% of cost will be forfeited. If cancelled within 7 days of the reservation, 50% of cost will be forfeited.
In the event of an emergency cancellation, every effort will be made to re book the condo and return the entire amount to the renter (less a $50.00 cancellation fee). We try very hard to treat our guests as we would like to be treated.

No single renters un the age of 25.
All Children must stay with an adult in the unit.
Sorry, but no pets are allowed.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
