Our family purchased this townhome in 2008. We had a very successful rental year before deciding to reside in Charleston full-time. We are now moving to a slightly larger home (also in the downtown area) and are once again opening our townhome for rental.

Really enjoyed everything the home came with - ample sheets, pillows, toiletries, silverware, cookware etc. House had a great location that was secluded with plenty of parking. We came during a rather cold spell for SC and had to use space heaters. The space heaters did the job, but it was a little frustrating they could not be turned up to max heat and have any lights on without tripping the breaker. Luckily, we cut cable a long time ago and had plenty of login info - but could see for some people that not having any provided cable could be a little frustrating. Overall, we enjoyed the home and the working with the owners was effortless!
Thank you for the positive review! We are glad you enjoyed your stay and really appreciate you taking the time to post comments. Apologies for the unusually cold weather and space heaters, we're happy they did the job but this extreme cold was clearly a little more than they could handle. Good news is that we have just completed the installation of a new central heat and air system. We do have cable but it is limited to basic channels. We also provide Wifi and a Roku device for guests to connect to their own streaming services such as Netflix. For longer term guests we will consider adding additional cable channels by request. Thanks again for the review and we hope you return to visit in the future!
family with 2 twenty something kids
we loved the townhouse, it had everything we needed and more. location was excellent, we used the park across the street,we walked downtown and we had easy access to the highway to hop over to sullivans island. when the kids wanted to stay out later, the taxis had a flat rate they charged which was nice. the beds were very comfortable also
Good location, very pretty!
I went on a girls' long weekend with family members. The townhouse slept 4 of us comfortably, and the extra half bath made it perfect for us to share the space. It was decorated very nicely, and was updated. We were about 6 (short) blocks from the free trolley pickup, and it was easy to get around without having to take the car everywhere. The free parking was also a benefit! The owners were very diligent about staying in contact before our arrival, and made themselves available on the day of checkin to answer questions, which was very helpful. It was like a home away from home, and so much better than a hotel room! I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Charleston!
Thank you for kind words - we are so glad you enjoyed your stay! This location is perfect for exploring downtown Charleston. You were wise to take advantage of the downtown trolley! Would love to have you and yours return anytime.
All the best and thanks for choosing our Charleston townhome -

Great place to stay
My family of four thought this rental was fabulous! The owners were very easy to make arrangements with and the rental property was exactly as described. The location was ideal - in a nice residential area that was still close to many great restaurants. It was a short walk to the free shuttle that runs through much of Charleston. I highly recommend this rental property.
Terrific, comfortable stay in downtown Charleston
My wife and I just returned from a terrific stay at 301 Broad in Charleston. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a short walk to the beautiful waterfront houses and a 15-20 min walk to the bustle of historic downtown. We were traveling with our 18 mo old son and found everything we needed at the house - including laundry, comfortable kitchen, and plenty of parking. The master bedroom is spacious and has lots of light, and the living/dining areas is comfortable as well.
We'll definitely consider staying here when we're next in Charleston!
Conveniently located South of Broad town-home directly across the street from Moultie Playground and tennis courts, and Colonial Lake. I mile to Market Street, King Street, shops and restaurants. Walk, bike, or take a 'pedi-cab' to all downtown attractions. Folly beach 20 minutes by car. Isle of Palms and Sullivan Beach within 30 minutes.
