Beautiful modern kitchen and bathrooms. Crisp clean new white linens replaced as needed. Tastefully decorated. If you are looking for a great vacation, you will be very happy vacationing here at our lovely condo at Point Matanzas directly on the Intracoastal. Pool onsite overlooking the Intracoastal. The place is magical, so nice watching the marine life, birds and boats going by. You can store you boat on property or just fish from the dock. Walk across the street to Crescent Beach, you can have your feet in the sand in 5 minutes. Crescent Beach is the best beach in the area. Our condo is extremely clean and we wash all rugs and bedspreads after each guest. You will enjoy your vacation here, my guests tell me the condo exceeds their expectations . That is my goal to be sure everyone is more than satisfied and enjoys their vacation. Disney is an easy 2 hour drive and beautiful historic downtown Saint Augustine is a very special place to visit. We live only 5 minutes away and can assist with any questions or issues you may have during your stay. We do not live out of town, we are locals proud to call Saint Augustine our home.

About Sandy Duelks

Moved to Saint Augustine from Cape Cod 10 years ago and really enjoy living here, its a wonderful community. We live just a few miles away and enjoy spending time at this Condo very much. Originally purchased as a long term rental, later renovated then turned it into a vacation rental.

We love the Intracoastal, watching the boats going by and the birdlife is amazing. Beautiful pool onsite overlooking the Intracoastal. The property is very well taken care of and very quiet. That was very important to the both of us.

What makes this condo unique

The upstairs deck and downstairs patio offer spectacular views of the Intracoastal as does the whole downstairs and master bedroom. See photos. Being as we both like to cook, the kitchen is very well appointed. We completly renovated the condo down to bare walls, new everything. Tile floors downstairs and bamboo upstairs (no carpet). Beautiful, new and very clean!

We have stayed at many vrbo, homeaway, etc. residences and this is by far one of the cleanest with all the best in interior upgrades including granite countertops, wood flooring, etc. Kitchen very well stocked. Sandy is very easy to work with and even allowed us to stay late on check out day due to our flight not leaving until that evening. The condo is ideally located on inter-coastal waterway with great views, nice pool, across the street is beautiful beach and very easy ride to downtown St. Augustine and all the attractions. No need to look further, it's all here!

If you love the water and nature you will love this property!

We loved this property and the owners are local, were most accommodating and addressed any issues immediately. Sandy and Jack's condo is very clean and comfortable and is set up for people who like to cook, as we do. The condo was fully supplied with linens and cleaning supplies to keep it neat and tidy all the time too and we appreciated that. The view was incredible and we never tired of looking out the patio doors (upper and lower) at the beautiful Matanzas River. We appreciated having a table and chairs on the patio too as we ate outside for almost every meal! Our only complaint about the property was that the pool was not heated and it was freezing for the two warm months we were there! This is not the fault of the owners, of course, but it was a beautiful pool with hardly anyone in it or even sitting around and eager to make new friends. It just seemed such a shame to us. Overall, we would heartily recommend this condo. Thank you Sandy and Jack for allowing us to rent your condo and hope we can return sometime in the future! Shirley and Gord

I looked back at my e-mails from June 2015. you asked the question and I answered you about the pool being unheated. Its a beautiful outside pool, that is unheated. Saint Augustine has beautiful beaches to enjoy all year long. And our downtown Historic Center is not to be missed.

This is the third year my family ad I have stayed here. This year was amazing! Dolphins, watching the boats, beautiful weather, beach across the street, and a condo that makes you feel like it's your home. Ms Sandy is the nicest person and wants to make sure everything is ok...she even has a parking pass to use in St Augustine! If you're looking for amazing Mexican food you need to go to Cantina Louie. You cannot go wrong staying at Ms Sandy's condo.

Wonderful week!

We stayed in Sandy's condo for a week in November. The condo was excellent, very clean and comfortable. Watching the boats pass by was very interesting. Sandy was great to rent from. She even went over to turn lights on when she found out we'd be arriving late!

Perfect for us

This condo had everything we could ask for. It was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and well stocked. We spent our AM's at the beach. The access is almost directly across the street. Our afternoons were spent by the pool. Nightly we would watch the sunset over the inter-coastal and grill out. It was a very quiet development, perfect for relaxing.

Great family vacation!

Our family stayed here for a week and had a fantastic time! The owners make it feel as if you are at a hotel, everything you need is provided; linens, towels, soap, toilet paper, dishes, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, EVERTHING! The views of the intercostal are unbelievable and very relaxing watching the boats go by. We caught a few fish from the pier and a nice red fish from the bank just steps out of the back door. The beach access is only a short walk down the street, if you don’t want to walk there is parking for 3-4 cars at the access point or you can drive right on the beach. This is not a big resort type complex, it was very quiet during our stay and we truly enjoyed it. We have already recommended the condo to two other families after they saw our pictures. In fact, if I had an extra $300,000 I would by the unit that’s for sale next-door!

Its a short 15 minutes from Downtown historical Saint Augustine. Just under 2 hrs to Disney Orlando. 20 minutes to Premium Outlets & Saint Augustine Outlets for great shopping. Many golf courses in the area. Wonderful resturants. . Christmas Lights in Saint Augustine for the Holidays. Across the street is Crescent beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.
