Perfect Spot for a family Ski Trip

The house on Tomahawk Drive is a perfect location for your Family Ski trip. The house was very clean and the instructions made it easy to check in and check out. The Hot Tub was perfect for the end of the day. Will use again!

Breckenridge Golf Week-End

This house very comfortably slept six people - with adequate bathrooms for all. The hot-tub was clean and ready to use - we just pulled-back the cover. Nice neighborhood. Excellent value - and suitable for our group. Would definitely stay there again.

This place was just fair. I would not book it again. It needs much attention to get things working properly. The front door was really hard to open and lock, and many of the bedroom and bathroom doors would not latch. The trash compactor was completely disgusting and did not open or close easily, it itself is a piece of garbage. We ended up just setting a garbage bag out to use as trash. The microwave took FOREVER to heat anything. Maybe there are multiple power settings, but guests should not have to spend time fooling around with it to get it to heat anything; get one that works well. Neither of the 2 BBQ's worked well. The one that was hooked up to propane would not start at all. We had to call maintenance to come see if he could get it working, as we had a meal all prepared and ready to grill. Meanwhile, we hooked the propane tank up to the other grill and finally got it started. We also found that some of the windows were unlocked when we were securing the place at night. The window in the downstairs bedroom would not shut properly; I had to go outside and push it closed in order to get it to lock. The check-out list said to make sure windows were locked when we leave, so why were they unlocked when we got there?

On a positive note, the house was clean and showers were nice. The hot tub worked well and was very relaxing. The house is in a great location close to downtown, but tucked away in the woods. It is very light and bright inside and the structure of the house is beautiful.

A new grill has been purchased, in addition to 3 new flat screen HDTV's. All doors and window issues have been addressed.
