Sara and Jonathan Boelkins purchased this House in 2012
Why Sara and Jonathan Boelkins chose Fayetteville
We jumped at the chance to buy this house given its great location and the rustic charm of the stone exterior blends into the forest setting beautifully. The newly remodeled interior is open and airy with lots of natural light.
What makes this House unique
The house is close to town with modern amenities, but has the secluded quiet of an Ozark cabin getaway.

Very accommodating and relaxing!
Quiet, peaceful location close to town. Stylish updated home well appointed
Loved our stay at the stone house! It is a cute older stone home remodeled with an open contemporary style. Loved the available outdoor seating and quiet views, saw deer every morning.
Beautiful home on a beautiful lot down a beautiful street in a beautiful area. The Stone House was perfect for my family weekend away. (Wife and I, adult son, adult daughter and boyfriend.) The house was comfortable, had plenty of room, plus a few very thoughtful extras. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat - and probably will.
LOVED THE STONE HOUSE!
We stayed at the Stone House this past weekend while visiting our daughter. What a great house! It was decorated so nicely, and the owners go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. We had wine and snacks waiting for us when we arrived and fresh flowers in several rooms. We were 5 adults staying for the weekend and we had plenty of room - the open concept was great for spending time together.
Better than the photos! Clean, comfortable and charming country setting, 15 minutes from town.
We loved the house ! Fresh flowers and pumpkins made the fall settings in the woods even more quaint. Beds were comfy and house very clean. . Would highly recommend this place and hope to go back!
This is our second time in this cool house. The home sits on a large lot surrounded by trees. There are lots of windows and a back porch to enjoy nature. We have seen deer multiple times. It's like being in a tree house. The inside of the home is nicely furnished and has everything you could need for a great stay. The owners are very thoughtful and accommodating. Truly a keeper and we will book here every time we come visit.
Our house is located just a few minutes from US 49, the main highway that connects the various towns that make up Northwest Arkansas: Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville and Bella Vista. Reed Valley Road is known as one of the most beautiful roads in the area, popular with cyclists and motorcyclists alike, as it gently winds and rolls through the valley along Clear Creek. Though just minutes from the highway, and ten minutes from either Fayetteville or Springdale, few people even know this house is there because of its wooded setting. Reed Valley Road joins Highway 112 to the east, which runs directly into the University of Arkansas, also just ten minutes away.
There are a wide variety of things to do in Northwest Arkansas, from sporting events to cultural destinations to outdoor recreation, to name a few. A good website for finding places to go and ongoing events is http://www.northwestarkansas.org/
