Very comfortable, convenient, nicely upgraded

While here for 7 days, we walked a total of 25 Miles...our goal! An easy 1mile walk to King street and all of the wonderful shops and restaurants! Right across the street from Hominy Grille!

Beautiful accommodation in the Perfect Location

Beautiful well equipped accommodation., huge comfortable beds. Close to great restaurants and our favourite coffee place The Bearded Cafe. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Property!

This Rutledge Avenue property is wonderful. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit and loved the space. We were able to be in downtown Charleston in less than 30 minutes and on King Street in about 10 (and right by Callie's Hot Little Biscuit as you hit King - what more could you ask for). Well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Sadly, it was too cold to use the upstairs deck, but hopefully next time.

Charleston Visit

This was a great apartment! Very clean, and comfortable. We usually walked to wherever we had to go, and normally it was about 1/2 hour walk to downtown. If we were running short of time, we just used Uber, and it was usually only about a $6 ride. Would definitely istay here again. It was also a great space for 2 couples, as we were...(loved the extra 1/2 bath powder room). Matt was very helpful and accommodating.

A perfect long weekend!

A wonderful place for 2 couples to spend time. We almost hated to leave the porch, but explored this beautiful old city. Food and shopping were perfect! Matt was more than helpful and accommodating to our wishes. Thanks for all the info on area restaurants. Etc.
