About Janine Ayres

Our names are Steve and Janine. We live in Boulder City NV and have a couple of secondary homes in Utah. We split our time between Nevada and Utah. We have four grown children and two pups. When at the cabin, we enjoy the peacefulness, the wildlife visitors and the ATV trails.

Janine Ayres purchased this cabin in 2006

Why Janine Ayres chose Panguitch

We both spent our childhoods in the Las Vegas area and often spent our vacation time on Cedar Mountain - both in Duck Creek, Mammoth Creek and Panguitch Lake. We wanted our children to also have a place to play in the mountains as we did.

What makes this cabin unique

The property has the privacy and space to enjoy our time away from home. The firepit area is large enough for sharing our day of adventure. Often we enjoy the cabin with another family. The adults stay in the Main Cabin and the kids love having their away time (away from their parents) in the Bunkhouse.

Great family get away!

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin and bunkhouse. Kids loved the chipmunks, and we even had a deer come down and eat right out of one of the bird feeders. We enjoyed a small fire with s'mores too. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Absolutely Stunning Property!

  • 5 of 5

This was our second time staying at this cabin, the first time was truly amazing and our recent stay was even more amazing! It began with a text from Janine letting us know we could have an early check-in since our cabin was ready to go. When we arrived there was a bag of marshmellows, some graham crackers, and a bar of chocolate waiting on the counter for us with a post it note telling us to enjoy our stay! The cabin was just as we remembered, immaculately clean, fully stocked, and best of all it still had the peaceful tranquility we enjoyed on our first visit. Day one we went hiking in Bryce Canyon and saw the Mossy Cave and the Waterfall, took lot's of pictures. Day two was spent on the lake courtesy of a pontoon boat rental from Dave's Rocky Point. The fishing was great and so was the catching! So good we decided to rent another boat the next day! The weather was perfect and we enjoyed barbequing on our porch every night and playing games outside enjoying the scenery. We will definitely be back next year!
