This home has 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, 4.5 baths, the smallest details have not been missed. Your family members will be able to feel comfortable together lazing the day away by the pool or have the opportunity to steal away to a quiet corner and read a book. You will never feel cramped or crowded with this spacious home. Couples traveling together will have private space to enjoy one another as well as room to gather as a group. Your private outdoor oasis is decorated with beautiful orchids and lush tropical gardens.

Walk to the Marquesa, Cafe Sole, Michael's or the Wharf in minutes. Not bringing a car? No worries, this location is accessible to all that Key West has to offer by foot or bike.

Amazing floor plan:
The spacious first floor Suite features a Queen bed and desk to catch up on your e-mail with the Fast Access WIFI internet service. The en suite full bath has a designer glass vessel sink and tub / shower combination. You can walk through this bathroom and out to the pool through its private door.
The main hallway has a half bath and leads to the open concept living area. To your left you will find the luxury gourmet chef’s kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances. The living room has a comfortable Queen Sleeper sofa for visiting friends or family. The home theatre system is complete with flat screen TV and Logitec Master Remote. The dining area seats 6 for dinner. Disappearing sliding glass doors lead to your private oasis with pool and spa.

The Second Floor Master Suite is extra large and has everything you need. It has a wet bar, flat screen TV, and walk in and through closets. It is in this walk through closet that the front loading washer and dryer are located. Large disappearing glass doors open to the second floor balcony and sunning deck. The spiral staircase takes you directly down to the pool for a morning or mid night dip.

The en suite Master Bath features a large soaking tub that fills from the ceiling. This ceiling mounted laminar flow filler that adds a visually striking solid stream of water to your bath. There are separate vanities with glass vessel sinks. There is a glass frameless multi-person custom Verde Roma Steam sower / sauna with body sprays between the two vanities.

The second floor has a bedroom with two Twin beds that can be joined to create a King Size bed. This room has access to the second floor front balcony that overlooks Fleming Street. This balcony wraps around the side of the house to a second floor sun deck. This sundeck is located above the carport and offers privacy for sunbathing.

The next bedroom is a Queen bedroom with disappearing sliding glass doors that lead to its own access to the second floor sun deck.

There is a full bathroom located in the second floor hallway.

Private Outdoor Oasis:
The large pool has a custom waterfall feature and spa. There is an outdoor dining area as well.

The heart, and some would say the soul, of Key West is Old Town. Originally the city’s center, Old Town is today the central location for Key West’s historic district and tourist destinations.

Old Town’s Duval Street, which stretches from the Gulf of Mexico to the Atlantic Ocean is the main artery in Key West. Intersected by Truman Avenue, Duval Street provides the backbone from which Key West’s historic homes, seaport and cultural centers extend.
