Well equipped appartment, nicely located with friendly hosts

I enjoyed my stay very much, the appartment was equipped with everything I needed and my hosts were always helpful and did everything to make my stay pleasant. The location near Flagey was ideal for me as I was able to walk to the European quarter, the neighborhood offers great diversity regarding shopping, culture, dining etc. I am happy to recommend the appartment.

1) You must have your personal insurances (health, accidents and damage to third) . Any damage caused by you should be repaired asap, and where necessary, invoices will be sent to you for your insurer.
2) Keys and welcome given by the owner with the contract.
Deposit guarantee is returned after check out as usual assuming the goods are in the same state that you received.
3) Owner gives full support all over your stay. Any accident or defect / problem met in the apartment must be indicated within 24 hours. The host will react within 24 hours.asap.
Guest are quiet, non-smoking, working adult over 28 YO or couple. GF.

The living cannot be used as a bedroom, no share.
- For the hygiene, please try not to keep street shoes insidie.

- of a well-kept quality frame, a sought location near the main points of the city, all the, total support of the owner.
