La Madonnetta has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a stocked kitchen, a spacious garden, and two parking spots, making it ideal for families or groups looking to stay in the region for tourism, work, or study.
We usually rent the apartment to those looking to stay for a week.
Depending on availability, it may also work for those who want to stay in Venice for just a few days or for longer periods of time.
The location of La Madonnetta is ideal for anyone looking to visit Venice and its islands: it 300 meters away from the bus stop: buses to Venice are every 20 minutes and they take 25 minutes to reach piazzale Roma, their last stop in Venice.
Anyway, there are plenty of possibilities for anyone staying in this apartment.
The Venetian lagoon, with its many marshlands, is a one-of-a-kind natural environment, and recognized as such by UNESCO.
Padua is a quarter of an hour away by train.
The Riviera del Brenta, with its towns and tranquility, is literally around the corner.
La Madonnetta can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, plus two small children in folding cribs.
Children are very welcome — they will find a welcoming environment that suits their needs.
Pets are also welcome, as long as they are used to staying inside. Obviously, if guests need something for their pet we ask that they let us know well in advance.
The apartment is on the ground floor facing a private garden, which guests can use to relax after a day at the sea or enjoy the company of a four-legged friend.
The kitchen is well equipped for six people. A high chair is also available upon request. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, mugs, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. It contains a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a citrus juicer. If you need anything special in addition, please let us know.
The living room of the apartment has a comfortable couch, two armchairs, a bookshelf stocked with books and Venice guides, and a television.
During their stay, guests can consult a variety of guidebooks on Venice, from the historical Lorenzetti one, to more modern ones, to some created specifically for children. They can also consult the History of Venice from Treccani, and other, smaller, books about the Republic of Venice, La Serenissima.
The apartment has three bedrooms.
The master bedroom, with attached bathroom, has another television and a wardrobe for your use.
The second room has a single or double bed, depending on the needs of the guests.
The third room has a single bed, a loft bed and a changing table.
All three rooms are spacious and luminous. Guests can also request two folding beds for infants.
The spaces in the apartment are really quite large. In the entry, guests can find technical information on the apartment, pubic transport, and the city, and also leave their baggage or anything for their pets.
None of the rooms are connected to the others, excepting by a luminous hallway, ensuring the privacy of guests.
The apartment has two bathrooms, both of which have windows and a shower.
We provide a set of towels for every guest.
In the bathrooms, guests will find toilet paper, liquid soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer at their disposition.
La Madonnetta is located in a recently constructed building, and is therefore equipped with all the modern comforts. The layout of the rooms was expressly designed to make the apartment comfortable and welcoming even for short stays. When furnishing the apartment, we paid attention to comfort, aesthetics, and sustainability.
