Close to everything Chattanooga has to offer! The Aquarium, Walking Bridge, Coolidge Park, etc. are all within 2 miles of this house, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. White Oak Park is within a block of the house and provides a walking trail, dog park, kids playground, etc. The neighborhood is fun to walk and full of old bungalows with big yards. The house is a 2 bedroom, 1 full bedroom and 1 half bathroom newly remodeled with hardwood floors, quartz counter tops in kitchen, updated bathrooms and on a wooded lot. The living room is large and can accommodate an additional person if needed. Well-behaved dogs are welcome if they are updated on their flea/tick preventative and shots.

Clean, nice space, good location, easy for dogs!
Perfect location for downtown activities! Super close to dog park and great food! Lynn was very accommodating. Will return when visiting family on Signal Mountain.
Comfort & Convenience!
We enjoyed a great stay! Only 10 minutes to downtown made it so convenient for all the attractions in Chattanooga. Lots of good places to eat close by as well. Lynn, the owner took care of everything that we needed and also provided us with some special goodies. Very cute home with a lovely setting!
Home away from home
My family including 3 small dogs had to evacuate Myrtle Beach during hurricane Florence. This home was perfect for us. Very cozy and clean. But the best part was our host Lynn! She was so very kind and compassionate and made a stressful situation so much easier. When we arrived she had left us English muffins, eggs, protein bars, coffee with creamer and sugar and even butter and jelly for the muffins. We were exhausted from a long drive and didn’t have to immediately run out to grocery shop. I hope to return under better circumstances and I would definitely stay here again!!
Great place to stay
My sister and I have stayed at VRBO sites for most of our vacations over several years. This site is truly a 5 star location. The house, though older, is clean and well maintained, with bathroom updates and located in a quiet residential area not far from downtown Chattanooga. For those who like to get their steps in, a park is located within a very short distance from the house. The kitchen had ample utensils and equipment for eating in. The kitchen was stocked with some basic food supplies when we arrived and Lynn also provided some veggies from the bounty of her garden.
The beds were comfortable and there was ample closet and drawer space for those who do not like to live out of their suitcase. Lynn was quickly responsive to the only issue we had (a malfunctioning remote control).
Although we rarely vacation at the same place a second time, we would certainly try to use this location again if we were to return to Chattanooga.
I would note that individuals with difficulty ambulating will have to ascend several steps to enter the home. Individuals with small cars will want to turn around in the driveway after entering and point the car back toward the entrance so as to not risk an encounter with a culvert when exiting. Those who want to pick up groceries may want to consider Food City as opposed to the pricier Publix - both are located a short drive from the house.
Wonderful experience, the location was great for our family. Lynn made us feel so welcomed. This was the first time using VRBO and the standard has been set high. Looking forward to going back.
Great location, nice house.
Very convenient to downtown. Pleasant house in a nice neighborhood. We were very happy and glad we could bring our dogs. Good communication with the owners. Enjoyed our visit very much.
Close (within 2 miles) to all athletic events, including Ironman, the Lookouts and Chattanooga Football League. The Chattanooga Market, Aquarium, Walking Bridge, Miller Plaza, Chattanooga Choo Choo, Hunter Museum and the Bluff View Arts District are all within 2 miles also. The home is close to the base of Signal Mountain which has a beautiful hike and park/picnic area. The park within a block of the house is a great place to walk and take dogs/children to play.
