Front line beach apartment situated in Butiplaya, La Cala de Mijas.Two double bedroom spacious apartment, south facing with great sea views, terrace and direct access to a large pool & beach. Newly refurbished for 2017!

The apartment has two large bedrooms with sea views. The master bedroom is bright and airy with a queen sized bed and door to the bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and more fantastic views. There is a spacious living room including an extendable dining table with seating for four, a comfortable sofa and two arm chairs. There is a ceiling fan, but this is often not necessary as the apartment is cool in the summer and keeps warm in the winter. This room has large patio window spanning the length of the room which provides fantastic, uninterrupted beach and sea views. The room opens up onto a spacious terrace including chairs and a small table.

In the living room there is a flat screen TV that has an internet TV system, which allows guest to watch a wide range of UK and English speaking TV channels, including BBC and ITV. The apartment also has a DVD player and free 10MG WIFI.

The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, including a four ring hob, compact oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, sink and plenty of storage cupboards. The bathroom is large and attractively decorated. There is a large vanity sink, powerful shower cubicle, toilet and washing machine. All of the rooms are attractively decorated.

The apartment is situated within spacious, well-kept gardens and there is a large communal swimming pool. From the garden there is a gate which provides direct access to the beautiful golden sands of the La Cala beach and Mediterranean ocean.

Lovely apartment in fantastic location

We stayed for 5 nights in July. The apartment itself is great. Just as it looks in the photos.

Beds were very comfortable. Great attention to detail with little things provided such as a shopping trolley to use when taking the short walk (10 min over the bridge) to Lidl. 4 sun beds provided to use either at the pool or you can carry them to the beach. Washing machine in apartment and hairdryer provided. Plenty of towels, cutlery, crockery etc. Not that we cooked, it's a short 8-10 min walk to the main square with lots of lovely reasonabley priced restaurants. There are also nice beach bars for drinks and lunch.

Olivia's (Elliot wrights restaurant) is a 15 min walk.

The beach, pool and gardens are clean.

We stayed with our 2 children 5 & 7 they absolutely loved the pool. It is 1m 10 in the shallow end.

Some sweet parks ideal for the children near the main square. Also a bigger park near the bottom of the bridge.

We got the train from the airport to fuengirola and then a bus to la Cala the stop by Lidl and then a short walk to apartment. Only cost €20 for the 4 of us. Or they can arrange a taxi for you for a very good price. We had to get a taxi on our return due to the time of our flight. Lisa met us at the apartment and was available on what's app for directions or any questions. She was very helpful (thank you Lisa)

We visited Aqua mijas (waterpark) but we wouldn't go again, very small and expensive, if you like water parks there is a bigger better one in torrmelinos. Fuengirola is a short bus ride and only 1.55 each worth a visit. Nice beach and lots of restaurants. We also got the bus to marbella centre. Very easy and similar price.

FYI

There is only a shower in the apartment.

The pool wasn't overly busy while we were there and there is a mixture of residents and holiday makers.

There is a couple of lifts and they are very quick, no need to use stairs.

We had a fabulous time staying here would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for a relaxing trip

The flat is perfectly located in the heart of La Cala with a beautiful sea view. The apartment is open, light and airy. It's decorated in a modern style and is very clean. There were five of us staying - me, my wife and our young son with her parents - and even with so many of us, it didn't feel cramped.

La Cala itself is a busy enough town to keep you occupied while not being as rammed as some resorts in the area. The beach is lovely and full of little bars for lunch or afternoon drinks. There are great facilities in the town for kids, including some brilliant play grounds.

There is everything you need on your doorstep and it's a great spot to quickly feel at home and start relaxing.

Excellent location and base for Mijas Costa Holiday

Apartment had a nice open plan feel and was clean and comfortable.

Beach and little bar/cafe below were great (what's not to like eating paella with a glass of wine for lunch ! )

Pool very clean and quite big and always quiet for us !

Nice distance from the main central area, just enough of a stroll to walk the evening meal off)

Local bars are good for tapas and spread over an evening are a good alternative to a full meal !

Went to "Olivia's" one night and had a lovely night, trendy and lively atmosphere and nice meal.

This is a very good choice for an apartment.

Luxury with a panoramic view

My husband and I came to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and we could not have made a better choice. As soon as we entered the apartment we felt relaxed. The apartment has exceptional views of the sea and the beach and we loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the world go by. The hosts have decorated the apartment very nicely and it has all the mod cons you need. It was lovely and clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. The hosts were very attentive with any questions we had and we are already planning our next trip!

Stunning

This is a beautifully stylish, well appointed and very comfortable apartment. The sea views from the lounge and bedrooms enhance the wow factor. We enjoyed watching stunning sunrises from the balcony and even some stormy weather provided dramatic views from the safety of the lounge! The location is excellent, direct access to the beach and boardwalk, and an easy stroll into the pretty La Cala town centre with all its lovely restaurants and bars. This was our second trip to La Cala and we highly recommend this apartment and location. Thank you Sophie & Richard. Your attention to detail and quality is superb and gave us an experience which will be hard to beat.

This apartment has a front line beach location and is set directly on the golden sands of La Cala beach.

La Cala is a lovely village set within a wide bay with golden sandy beaches. It has a wide choice of restaurants from around the world and many shops, all within easy walking distance. Its bus service runs every 20 Minutes to Marbella and Fuengirola. There are Street Markets every Wednesday and Saturday. There is abundant street parking nearby. There are many beach restaurants open all year for delicious local food and also a wide choice of other bars, cafes and restaurants in the village which cater for every taste.

Directly in front of the apartment is a great beach restaurant serving fantastic fresh sea food. There is also a small supermarket right next to the apartment block for all of your grocery needs.

This apartment is perfect for families, couples or lone travellers who want a true beach experience on the Costa del Sol. It is located perfectly for exploring the surrounding area, including the towns of Fuengirola and Marbella and the famous white village Mijas Pueblo.

For golfers, the are numerous golf courses in the area. There is a very good 9 hole gold course, La Noria Golf situated 5 minutes from the apartment and also the famous 18 hole courses of La Cala golf and El Chapparel situated just 10 minutes drive away.

WE PREFER GUESTS TO EMAIL US PRIOR TO CONSIDERING THE ONLINE BOOKING PROCESS. PLEASE SEE ONLINE BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Our private cancellation policy is as follows: 30% deposit required on booking by Bank transfer/PayPal to our local, registered agent.
The final balance + the 200 EUR refundable breakage deposit must be paid to our agent one month before arrival by bank transfer or PayPal.
Cancellation policy:50% of deposit refunded before 30 days of arrival.
Check in 2 pm until 6pm. Check out 9am  until 12noon.
Check in/out out of hours will incur an additional charge or may not be possible. Late check out during high season charged as another night.
30E supplement for low season 3 night bookings.

All guests must be checked in and their passport details must be supplied to the agent. Only booked in guests may stay in the apartment. The maximum number of guests allowed to stay is four (an exception can be made for infants in cots by prior arrangement). If you check in as a number less than this, and have additional friends visiting over night, you must inform ourselves or our agent in advance and they must supply their passport details.

The pool and gardens are exclusively for the use of residents staying in the apartment block. We kindly ask that you do not invite additional friends to use these facilities. This is a rule of the community.
