Nicely Appointed and Convenient!
We ate at Ruch Cafe everyday!
Hope to stay again soon!
This property is truly everything as it is described - cute little house - awesome location -for many aspects of outdoor activities but still within walking distance of food, store, and church! We spend my hubbys birthday here and mostly enjoyed its proximity to the woods for berry picking, hunting and to the awesome inspired teaching on Sunday from Pastor Jon Courson at the nearby Applegate Christian Fellowship.
My wife and our two boys and I Loved this place. We stayed here why we looked for a permanent place to live. It had everything we needed, since our stuff was in storage it was nice not to have to dig through stuff to get by. Very peaceful place. Deanna has been great. Owner is very nice (she also does a great thing for our veterans. Thank you for our stay.
The Ruch Bungalow had everything we needed to make our stay convenient and cozy. The weather was very cold, but when we arrived the house was warm and toasty, and remained so throughout our stay. The kitchen was well appointed (think "corkscrew") with all of the utensils one might need for any meal. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, and the bedding and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. We had nice excursions to the nearby wineries each day, and were so impressed that Ruch was sunny while the rest of the entire region was foggy and inhospitable! We will be strongly pulled to rent the Bungalow again in the future!!
We loved the sweet CLEAN comfortable bungalow. Comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen. Two great outdoor patios, views across the valley. We will go back! Thanks again! Great base to go wine tasting in the beautiful Applegate Valley.
We visited Ruch to see our son who had recently relocated to Oregon. The Bungalow was wonderful -- comfortable, cozy, well-appointed, flexible. It is a lovely and quiet setting. It was too chilly for use of the outdoor patios but next time we visit it will be in the summer and we will spend all of our time outdoors. The Bungalow is within walking distance of a cafe, grocery store, winery, and public library. The views are spectacular. Short driving distance to both Jacksonville and Medford. Very good restaurants and shopping in Jacksonville. We are eager for a return visit.
My grown daughter and I spent three nights in the Ruch Bungalow and it was a wonderful stay. Well appointed with all the little touches to make your stay more comfortable. VERY quiet : ) Very clean. Owner was very available to help when shower head broke and it was fixed quickly. Nice to have washer and dryer! We ate at Cafe Ruch everyday and it is only steps away. We will definitely return! We love you little bungalow!
