About Sandra Dooley
I am a native Floridian (a rare breed!) and grew up in Gainesville, FL, just about 3 hours north of Treasure Island. I have always loved the beach and spent many summers going to the beaches on the East Coast of Florida. I discovered the beautiful beaches in this area a few years ago and fell in love! I now live in Treasure Island and have enjoyed every minute of life in paradise.
Sandra Dooley purchased this Cottage in 2012
Why Sandra Dooley chose Treasure Island
I like to experience the local culture and flavors when I travel. This cottage has the charm and history that represent a true Florida beach cottage. The beach is so close...a 2 minute walk without even crossing the street. The property has a casual, private and friendly feel. The central courtyard and covered patio area are completely enclosed by privacy fencing and offer a nice place to relax away from the sun.
What makes this Cottage unique
I chose this unit because I liked the idea of being upstairs and having the ability to leave the windows open all the time for the wonderful breezes. This unit also is the only one with it's own private balcony and does not front on busy Gulf Blvd. A perfect spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Great Beach Stay
Very close to the beach. Much closer than we thought based on the listing. The place and cute and clean. It was perfect for our family of 5. Owner was very quick to respond. We had no issues at all though. Loved it!
Our stay in Treasure Island
The property was so clean, the location was perfect short walk to the beach, very close to John's pass village. I loved that the kitchen had everything you need to make quick meals if you decide to cook at home. Sandra was quick to respond and answer our questions! I definitely recommend this place.
Great vacation stay!
We loved the condo an area for our vacation. Very close to the beach, just a short walk. Quite area, walking distance to John's Pass. The place was clean upon arrival, with everything we needed. Love the balcony off the kitchen, makes a great place for morning coffee. Neighbors were friendly. Sandra was great, replying quickly before our trip..we needed nothing during our stay! Bathroom is a tad small, but we had no issues with us or the kids being cramped in the space. Condo felt like it was perfect for the 5 of us, we enjoyed our stay an will be back!! Thanks Sandra!

We liked it .very quiet area .
Close to the beach. Homey. Wonderful.
Many activities are within walking distance (.8 miles) at John's Pass, including dining, night life, shopping, dinner and sunset cruises, parasailing, fishing, and jet ski rentals. There is also a paved 2 mile trail fronting on the beach for walking, riding bikes, or skating. Nearby St. Petersburg offers a multitude of shopping, dining and entertainment options. Favorite restaurants include the Middle Grounds Grill (upscale dinner), Foxy's Cafe (reasonably priced breakfast, lunch or dinner) and The Frog Pond (reasonably priced breakfast/brunch). Sea Hags is also reasonable and great for lunch or dinner and live music and dancing.
