Maison du Groenland est situé sur Crescent Candlewood (parcelle D4) du Pezula Private Estate exclusive, Knysna. Cet hôtel 5 * abrite le Pezula Championship Golf Course et le Pezula Hôtel Conrad. Le développement de son auto est une réserve naturelle avec une abondance de faune vivant dans le site qui en fait un véritable spectacle. Le développement est également hautement sécurisé avec des portes de sécurité habités, 24 heures surveillé CCTV et des clôtures électriques périmètre.

La maison a été architecturalement et aménagé pour une très haute spécification. Au rez-de-chaussée de la propriété bénéficie d'une grande entrée menant à la salle de séjour principale. Plan ouvert depuis le salon et donnant sur la piscine est une salle à manger décontractée bizarre parfaite du petit déjeuner et le déjeuner. La cuisine est une spécification de haut et est ouverte à la salle à manger principale donnant sur la piscine et les jardins. Il y a aussi une buanderie / de lavage séparée équipée d'un lave-linge, sèche-linge et lave-vaisselle juste à côté de la cuisine. De l'autre côté du rez de chaussée est la salle de cinéma avec un système 46 "la télévision, la télévision numérique par satellite et home cinéma. Egalement au rez-de-chaussée est un invité W / C et la quatrième chambre avec un grand lit double et salle de bains. Au premier étage est la suite chambre des maîtres avec balcon et vue panoramique et une salle de bains quatre pièces. Deuxième chambre avec salle de bain complète et une troisième chambre avec salle de bain complète.

Extérieurement la propriété a une longue allée menant à la propriété et un grand parking pour environ six voitures, un grand jardin double garage électrique et immaculée. A l'arrière de la propriété est un salon en plein air et un grand, bien entretenu piscine. Les deux qui en arrière sur (avec vue) du Championnat Pezula Golf Course.

Il est un endroit étonnant. Après avoir été la ville préférée de l'Afrique du Sud de l'année pendant quelques années dans une rangée, il a reçu une reconnaissance internationale pour le bijou, il est - il a été nommé comme l'un des 100 meilleurs destinations dans le monde et l'un des Top 25 en Afrique par Trip Advisor, 2008 Choice destinations 'Travelers Awards.

Avec une histoire riche, des restaurants gastronomiques et une variété d'art et d'artisanat randonnées à ajouter, cela est également le point de départ idéal pour explorer le reste de la Garden Route.

Pezula: A voté la meilleure station dans le monde (selon le site Pezula). Le complexe dispose d'un centre sportif - Field of Dreams - avec une académie de tennis, terrain de golf, le cricket ovale, centre de réadaptation et un centre équestre. Lovely home in secure area

Lovely property in a gorgeous area. Our only complaint is that it was so very very cold in the house!!! Other than that it was great and Verushka was just lovely.

Lovely home in Pezula Estates

Wonderful property in a spectacular area. Very clean, modern appliances and lots of room for 6 adults. We loved sitting outside around the pool area and enjoying the wood burning bbq.

A stunning property in a world class location.

The designer property is ideally situated within the world class Pezula Private Estate where you can relax away from the stresses of life in complete tranquillity and security. The house has wonderful living and outdoor space to allow large groups to spread out and enjoy their own peaceful areas. The accommodation is luxurious, beautiful en suites, and the beds appeared new and very comfortable. The views from the windows capture the essence of the surrounding nature and you're sure to see plenty of wildlife if you care to stand and look. It's a short drive to the town of Knysna ( but I wouldn't suggest walking unless you're fit!) and the lagoon, and even shorter to the wonderful Pezula golf course which you can glimpse from a bedroom window. I couldn't fault the property and hope to return again.

A stunning 5 star property within a peaceful and secure private estate

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday staying at this beautiful, spacious house within the Pezula estate. The accommodation exceeded my expectations and was immaculately presented. We enjoyed the peaceful environment and the lovely views. We attended Pezula hotel gym and made use of their spa facilties and gourmet restaurant, we also played tennis. We found the location within easy distance of Knysna and the attractions along the The Garden route. We enjoyed the walks within the Pezula estate and down to the private beaches. We are definitely planning to return next time with the whole family!

Lovely house exactly as pictured

The house was lovely, provisions provided which was very helpful as it is 15 mins to the nearest shop! Great golf courses nearby. Only.negative comment is that the pool was not clean. However thoroughly enjoyable stay and plenty of room in this house.

Dear Hazel, Thank you for your review of the house. We are thrilled to hear that you had a great stay on the whole. However, we was very sorry to learn of the issue you found in relation to the pool not being clean. I have been looking into the issue with both the owner and local property managers and I have found out that 1 week prior to your arrival the pool had a leak. A repair was carried out but the pool had to be drained and repaired in order to do so. Because of the eco-system at Pezula the owner is unable to use a normal sand filter for the pool which is most effective and instead has to use paper cartridge filters. The down side of these is that after getting it up and running again it appears that it has took longer than anticipated for the pool to return to its normal standard. This is the first issue we have had in 10 years and we can only apologise that it was not in as perfect condition as we would have hoped during your stay. The owner has since made further investment in the pool to ensure we can try to avoid this situation again in future. It hasn't helped with the eucalyptus trees to the rear and the high winds prior to and during your stay. There is also a regular pool maintenance cleaning plan in place but we unfortunately cannot make this a daily visit. We wish you all the best for the future and if you ever wish to return please contact me for a special rate as an apology for the standard of the pool being lower than we would have expected during this visit. Super Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und ideal gelegen für Golfer. Sicherheit sehr hoch. Pool sollte meiner Meinung nach mit einer Heizung ausgestattet werde.

Beautiful peaceful Place

This Villa in the Pezula Private Estate is wonderful for relaxing holiday. The Villa has a nice garden and a large swimming pool with outside barbecue and seating area. It has all the amenities you need for a great holiday. The Noetzie beach is close by which is a quiet beach that is great for a morning and afternoon swim in the ocean and/or in the river. The only minor point is that the beds are small, especially for 2 persons.

Blissful

A fantastic house that is great for entertaining and relaxing. Pezula Private Estate is something special. We were met by the villa manager at the gate to Pezula who kindly showed us the property and how everything worked. The property was clean and presentable. There are a few things that require some maintenance and I found the beds a little uncomfortable. I would certainly recommend the property to friends and family.

Greenland's House on Pezula Private Estate is like no other property I have ever seen. I visited and stayed at the house myself in April 2012 and was amazed by architectural design and standard of finish the owner David has achieved. The property is built within the Pezula Estate which also forms part of a nature reserve with a selection of wildlife inhabiting here. The property also backs onto the Pezula Championship Golf Course making it very popular with keen golfers from around the world.
