Great location, everything you need
Very private and "cozy." Everything you could possibly need in a small package. Loved that a washer and dryer was available along with detergent. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would return in a heartbeat.
everything you need is here and more
They thought of everything. Lovely place and would’ve stay again!
What a great sanctuary in the Lakewood area of Dallas. We were attending a conference in downtown Dallas and this was the perfect spot to get a way from all the hubbub of the city. Located on a quiet street, we enjoyed the quaint upstairs apartment. Great detail was paid attention to all the things you might need on your stay. There is even a washer and dryer available. We would definitely recommend staying here if you need a great place to stay when visiting the Dallas area.
Grace & Randal were outstanding guest and si fun to host. Understanding when light bulb went out. The left the guest house spotless. Welcome their return. Thanks for the awesome review!
Cozy, safe, compact but spacey, clean, and welcoming!
My husband and I and our son stayed two nights here. Everything, from the gate entrance to the complimentary soaps and shampoos in the bathroom, was well thought out for a welcoming atmosphere. There is a private gated (comes with a key) entrance into the backyard area that has a private area for guests. This is in the owners backyard, but their part of the yard has a short fence so it is like you have your own area as the guest. A little pathway leads to the garage that has a door before a staircase up to the little apartment. For the tiny space, the owners decorated and arranged the furniture well to where it doesn't seem so small. We appreciated the free Netflix and Wifi, as we continued our Blacklist marathon while relaxing at night. Our son's pack-n-play fit perfectly in the bedroom area and we used the glass-topped dresser with a fluffy towel for a changing table. The vintage looking tub/shower was a nice addition. I'm inspired by the decorations all around the apartment. The place smelled nice (not of pets, which could be possible in a small space that allows pets to stay), and all amenities were available (hair dryer, soap, shampoo, towels, paper towels, plates, wine glasses, cups, silverware, etc.). We didn't cook but the kitchen looked stocked with all main appliances. My husband used the Keurig with the k-cups that were provided. If we ever visit Dallas again, we will try to stay here! Thank you.
Thanks for your nice and honest review. We have worked hard to make the guest house as comfortable as home. We strive to provide a clean, private and appointed cozy home away.
Look forward to your next stay.

Great location in central Dallas. Only 3 blocks to grocery store, drug store, and restaurants. Very nice neighborhood.
Highly recommend this apartment!
Great little private apt for one or two. I will be back!
Jodean was a great guest. She was very patient when there was a small issue with the outside gate, thanks. She left the apartment spotless and even made the bed.
Look forward to your next visit.
