This is a Downtown Phoenix Loft, The bedroom upstairs is a loft with a queen bed and a full bathroom and the downstairs has a queen bed and full bathroom as well. Downstairs area has an exercise gym as well as a foosball table It is not enclosed with a privacy door. Blow up mattresses are available upon request. There is a 4th floor patio with gazebo and grill available. Amazing views of downtown, sports venues and South Mountain (which is the largest municipal park in the USA.) Walk 2 blocks to Cityscape where you find restaurants, bars, bowling, movies, comedy show, theaters, symphony and sports venues. Lightrail is 3 blocks away.

Washer and dryer as well as 2 parking spots available.

We live in a Multi housing unit and expect noise to be at a minimum. Respect for other residents as well as respect for our home. Make your self at home BUT maintain a clean environment. Absolutely No Smoking allowed anywhere in the complex. PARTIES ARE ABSOLUTELY OFF LIMITS. If a party is given, any security deposit is forfeited. Arrival at 3:00 PM and departure by 11:00 AM. Call, email or text for information about getting key and access.

Unbelievable.... this place is awesome!!! Great location to light rail and the bars and resturants.. As for the Condo A++.

My brother and I went to AZ for Final Four... it'll be hard to ever beat this place...

Perfect location for sports fans

If you are in town to see the Suns or the Diamondbacks or whoever they are playing you can't pick a more convenient location to stay. Just a few minutes walk from either Talking Stick Arena or Chase Field so no worries about parking fees or traffic. We were in town to see some Padres spring training baseball and were just 17 miles east of Peoria and 17 miles west of Mesa and we will definitely be back to see some regular season action. The loft itself impresses right when you walk in as it has loads of room and every convenience you could ask for. Not a lot of privacy as it is an open loft but more than enough room for me and my 3 brothers. The deck and patio were perfect for having a drink outside and taking advantage of the cooler evenings. It is smack in the middle of the flight path but kind of cool watching the planes land and the jet noise is not even noticeable if you are inside with the doors shut. Plenty of restaurant choices less than a 10 minute walk into downtown. Definitely recommend The Breakfast Club for the mornings. The parking area was very secure and easily accessible and the elevator is located right outside the door of this unit. We really enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back.
