My name is Kijana, I have lived in 2 countries and worked in 21 countries. I was a Peace Corps volunteer in Liberia West Africa where I decided to stay, perform, and host a television talk show for 6 years. I returned to the United States in 1979 and opened my business: The Wiseman Company. I also own an event planning and educational entertainment company.

This property was purchased by my grand aunt Virgie and her husband Ernest Bolden in 1950 ... 10 years after it was built. They also owned the 2 houses just east of this one. I purchased it from my aunt's estate in 1988. For 30 years I had my creative production firm's office downstairs while I lived upstairs. It was a sweet arrangement until I got married and my husband and I bought another home in the suburbs. This house has been rented out for approximately six years.
