There is a small sitting/reading area located on the 2nd floor, in the loft area that overlooks the living room and is off of the second bedroom.
The kitchen is newly remodeled; fully furnished, modern and features granite countertops, new cabinetry with stainless appliances and any utensils that you should need; including a four slice toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric tea kettle and Brita pitcher for filtered water. There is a dining table that seats four. The living room has a reclining loveseat, wood fireplace, 40" flat screen TV, cable and bluetooth speaker. There is a workspace with a desk off of the living room. The balcony off of the living room has an electric grill for outdoor cooking and faces north with a view of foliage; the mature trees and landscaping offer tons of privacy in the warmer months. There is ample free off street parking.
This complex is located 10-15 minutes from downtown Boulder and Pearl St. via car or Uber, and five minutes from the charming village of Niwot. The complex has an outdoor pool and year round hot tub as well as a tennis court. The Gunbarrel Commons park is down the street, which makes a great place to take the dog out, breath in the clean Colorado air, and enjoy one of our 300+ days of sunshine. The Boulder Reservoir is two miles away with great easy trails. If you're into cycling, Spine Rd. has a large bike lane that connects directly to 63rd St. just 1/4 mile away which is one of the main cycling thoroughfares. Gunbarrel provides miles of hiking, biking, and walking trails that you can easily access on foot.
Gunbarrel has the closest amenities; a grocery store, banks and multiple restaurants, bars and microbreweries. These are all about a mile away, if ever you don't feel like heading into Boulder.
