Clean classic home, plenty of room for everyone, better than any hotel in the area
Clean comfortable beds. No complaints.
Great communication with the owner.
Such a lovely home! This was exactly what our family needed.
Small town quiet vacation.
What a step back in time. House was built in 1890 and much of the charm remains. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The Delaware house was a beautiful refurbished Victorian home full of charm. Joanne met us for the initial tour and made us feel right at home. We were meeting there with family for an early Christmas, so she had it all decorated, including a tree. Our entire family had spacious rooms with comfortable beds, and it was the perfect atmosphere to enjoy each other's company in our home away from home. No TV, but internet access and a large dining room table suitable for games as well as meals. Our grandkids loved having their own playroom just off the dining room. The kitchen was well furnished and Joanne had the fridge stocked with bottled water which was a nice touch. The location was also perfect - right off the main square of Butler.
Great homey space close to downtown
This home was a wonderful, comfortable space a quick walk from the historic town square and dining. We used it as a mid-point meeting place for two families from different states and it was just what we needed. Spacious living spaces for chatting, playing board games and enjoying meals plus large bedrooms made it the perfect stop for us. There is only one shower, so that took some planning, but the house has everything you could need for a weekend or even a week away. The owner has honored the history of the home in a beautiful way. The staircase alone is worth the stay! Plus, Butler proved to be a small town with a lot to offer. We will be planning another trip soon!
