Sweetwater Guest Houses are located in historic downtown Livingston. These two units are within three blocks of local restaurants, art galleries, and shops, and within walking distance of the Yellowstone River which flows along the south side of town. With private parking, exceptional modern Western furnishings, and a great location, the Sweetwater Guesthouses are a comfortable retreat as you explore wonderful Livingston and the natural splendor of Yellowstone Country.

The two townhouses are side-by-side and can be rented separately or together. In each, the main floor includes a well-stocked, large kitchen, dining table, comfortable leather sofa, and washroom. There are two bedrooms on the second floor of each unit. Each master has a queen sized bed, a TV with DVD player, huge walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with two sinks and separate shower and tub. The second bedroom has a full sized bed and is across the hall from the second bathroom, which has a combined tub and shower. The washer and dryer are also on the second floor. The basement of each unit includes a large, flat-screen TV with DVD player, and a cozy sofa. Both units have cable television, free wireless internet access, and an air-mattress for extra sleeping. Each unit has its own garage and bicycles for guest use. The two units share a lovely, landscaped outdoor space, with gas grill.
