There is convenient elevator access, and an unobstructed view of the bay to the north. The living room is equipped with a new 55 inch flat screen television, DVD player and a sofa sleeper for those extra guests. Kitchen has granite countertops, new cabinets and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The wet bar features granite countertops and a new ice maker. The master bedroom has a new Tempur-pedic king size bed, new flat screen television, DVD player, ceiling fan, private bath, and is equipped with separate black out drapes so that you can sleep in. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a new tuft and needle mattress, new flat screen television, DVD player and ceiling fan. The property is beautifully maintained and has many extras including wireless internet, Direct TV, and free long distance.

Birthday weekend
I celebrated my birthday over a long weekend with friends at this wonderful condo in Perdido Key. The beach is spectacular in October and this unit at Eden is perfect. The decor is beautiful and the condo was spotless and very well maintained. The big screen was great for watching football and the balcony perfect for relaxing and enjoying the gulf views. The kitchen is updated, well equipped and could almost make me want to cook. This is the best condo we have stayed in on the Florida gulf coast and we will definitely be back.
We're coming back... beautiful condo!
My friends and I stayed at this condo for a long weekend getaway and everything was perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and because it has a full kitchen we got to cook fresh seafood every night (ask about the seafood market in Pensacola at the front desk). The view is phenomenal-- we sat outside on the spacious balcony in the mornings and had coffee and breakfast. When we had enough of the beach in the afternoons, it was really nice to come back to the condo to watch movies on the huge TV in the living room. We're definitely coming back for another long weekend this summer!
Best Condo on the Key!
The condo staff was very nice and helpful. The premises were very well maintained. The best part was when we got into our condo. It was immaculately clean, well furnished and beautifully decorated. There was an input for cell phone attachment to the television and stereo system. The beach view from this condo was fabulous. It is right in front and there is a panoramic view of the Gulf. We loved getting up each morning and having morning coffee, lunch and dinner on the great patio. This condo is the one I would pick to return to when I come back to Perdido Key.
Beautiful!
We absolutely love this condo! We've stayed twice in the past two years and would not stay anywhere else. It's clean, beautifully furnished and has views to die for! Waking up and having coffee on the balcony is my favorite way to start the day. Having a full kitchen helps since we can go grocery shopping once and make meals for the kids instead of having to eat out for every meal. We also love having a washer and dryer since my kids tend to go through many changes of clothes throughout the day. I highly recommend staying here!
Beautiful place to stay!
I stayed at this condo for the 4th of July with my family and it was beautiful! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the view is gorgeous. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating. The pool has 2 waterfalls and is really something. It rained one of the days we stayed, so having a large flat screen TV in the living room as well as televisions in the both bedrooms was definitely appreciated when we couldn't take the kids to the beach or the pool. We also enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen to cook in. We will definitely return!
