About the Property
$350 per night for three bedrooms, with Concierge Service!
The way the house is oriented allows for those great cups of Kona Coffee in the morning and Wonderful views of the Sunset in the evening.
The residence has three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The two bedrooms upstairs have their own private bathrooms with showers, and the Master has a large tub to relax in after a busy day on the Island. The first floor has a queen bedroom with a private bath.
A laundry room, with all supplies, is located on the ground floor. We can also arrange for housekeeping services if you are planning a longer visit.
The downstairs has two lanais, one off of the Kitchen and the other off of the Dining area, convenient to the outdoor kitchen. A large screen television with a Blu-ray DVD player, is available for your viewing pleasure if you decide to stay in for the night... a DVD selection is available for rent through Redbox at the Foodland Farms in the Shops.
When you are arriving on a late flight please let your concierge know and we will pick up your needs for the next morning rather than you having to run out first thing to get them.

When you are on a late flight out upon departure consider renting for at least 1/2 a day charge if we do not have a guest arriving the next day. If you wait until arrival to request a late check out we might have to deny it and or the cost would be a full day.
Your concierge at the property would enjoy hearing from you if you have any questions, and to confirm that you are in fact renting from the owner of the unit. There have been several individuals that have been 'scammed' by someone that pretends to own the property and accepts substantial Deposits that are lost. While we believe we have negated that from occurring any more but, it is for your peace of mind that you should always contact a real person before sending any money via wire transfers, Western Union or other methods that can not be recovered.
In lieu of $3,000.00 damage deposit we recommend purchasing our our Property Damage Protection Plan for $79.00. A separate email will be sent to you upon securing the home.
