Your apartment is directly across the street from a park with a large pond, BBQ's, tennis, basketball. Laundry on site. All the essentials incl
1 bedroom 1 bathroom with an open concept living room. The bedroom is spacious with a brand new comfy queen size bed and comfy pillows. A full size closet and dresser to put all of your things. A complete kitchen with all the essential pots and pans as well as key ingredients like olive oil, salt and pepper. Modern updates include stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and new flooring.
Guests have full access to the apartment and everything in it. There are no locked doors or cabinets.

You'll receive a digital code a few days before your arrival for the front door which means that 24 hour check-in is no problem at all! Any questions and we can be reached 24 hours a day by sending us a quick message.

Located next to a park means there are lots of people out jogging and having picnics in the park. There are also quite a bit of events that are put on, normally on the weekends.
The apartment is walking distance to many great restaurants and a few cafes. But a short uber or Lyft will get you anywhere you need to go in downtown Sacramento in a matter of minutes. •The Light Rail is also close by, this can be used to get to many of the areas in downtown Sacramento as well as neighboring suburbs. The closest stops are located walking distance at 13th st and R street and another at 8th st and O street
Other Things to Note:
There is a farmers market at the end of the park every sunday! The R street corridor is loaded with nice restaurants and bars. Also a great venue (Ace of Spaids) for both small and big names bands that come to town (purchase tickets in advance). Downtown (the oldest part of Sacramento) is a mile or less a way with another great selection of restaurants and bars and great views of the river!
