This lovely condo on Lake Oswego exceeded our expectations from Day 1. The unit was well furnished and was equipped with almost every household appliance and supply we needed. The view of Lake Oswego from the living areas was spectacular. The bedroom was spacious and equipped with a comfortable king size bed. Although the kitchen appliances were smaller than normal, they fully met our needs.
Nicoletta's Table and Marketplace, one of the best of many fine Lake Oswego restaurants, was only two blocks away and we visited there often.
I took a new job downtown and needed a place while we looked for a home. I really loved the place and the price was comparable to many hotels.
We loved the location. On the lake, close to bus, didn't need car. Nice & friendly owners. Would definitely stay here again. Great summer vacation!
After staying nearly five months on a work assignment, this Lake Oswego gem of a place was literally home away from home. It has everything you need... I showed up with a couple of suitcases. The caption says it all; it is a beautiful view. My wife and I drank coffee on the balcony taking in the great views of the lake and surrounding evergreens. The ducks spot you on the balcony and swim right over hoping to get a few pieces of bread (okay, I gave a few loaves over 4+ months). The sun sets at the end of the lake and makes for a great sunset. We biked and walked through town taking in the restaurants and patios overlooking the lake (try Zeppo's, Manazzana's, and Dang's Thai). The park and Willamette River are right across the street (good place to take pics). The Farmer's Market on Saturdays has good produce and other eats (Hammer and Tully's Granola - Best Ever!!!). The condo is centrally located so getting to downtown Portland or points west, east, and south takes less than 15 minutes. Bridgeport is a really nice open-air mall just a few miles away with shops, restaurants, and movie theater.
To sum it up, we have thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cozy place. The owners are great people, easy to work with, and I will definitely stay here again if in the area. We will certainly miss LO.
