This charming historic adobe home is very close to all the Downtown area has to offer. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 900 SQFT. Private gated back patio with patio table, chairs, gas grill and a large apricot tree, which occasionally has delicious apricots on it. Big master bedroom with queen size bed, natural lighting & seated area w/flat screen TV. Fine bed linens and towels provided. Washer and dryer provided. This beautiful newly decorated living room has an authentic rustic wood beams vigas ceiling, gas stove, flat screen TV, stereo, and WIFI/Cable internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare your favorite homemade meals, and when you're ready to dine out you'll be within walking distance of a variety of amazing five star restaurants. Our location is on a quiet peaceful road. There is one off-street parking space for this unit and ample parking on Gomez Road. If your looking for a quaint peaceful place to relax, have a romantic get away, spend time with a friend, or take a vacation etc. we are here to serve you, and assist you in anyway we can to make this a memorable experience you'll never forget.

Great Little Casita

I have now stayed here three times for between one and five weeks. It is a great location, close to downtown, the Rail Yard (and the fabulous Farmer's Market) and Canyon Road. It is on a quiet street a couple of blocks from Paseo de Peralta. It has a small, but usable kitchen and a spacious bedroom. It is perfect for one person, or for two for a shorter stay. Plus there is a lovely enclosed patio with a BBQ and table for four in the back. The casita next door is larger, with a big kitchen and two bedrooms, which I would recommend for two or three people.

The management is very responsive and promptly took care of a couple of little problems that I had (including locking myself out!) In my opinion, it is the response of managers to any problems that really shows how good a place is, and both Rebecca and Vivian showed that they are excellent managers.

The casita is very close to Sage Bakery and Ohira Coffee, so running our for a morning latte is easy. Kaune's market is also within walking distance, as is Capitol Coffee, which opens earlier in the morning than either Ohira or Sage.

Great place, convenient location!

This is perfect place for a couple. It’s really well located, close to the Railyard area (5-6 minute walk) and a bit further to the Plaza (15 minutes). Easy to get to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s for groceries as well. It’s very nicely decorated with a full working kitchen and the washer and dryer is a real plus. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. The bed is very comfortable. My husband and I would happily stay here again!

Lovely stay

Great location-blocks away from the Railyard/Guadalupe district and a short 10-15 minute walk to the Plaza. Casita has everything you need(bring bath soap) is very, clean, comfortable and quiet. I'd definitely stay here again.

Cute little place. Would recommend. We were pleased that the casita owners supplied wine opener and even scissors ( surprised by how often we used them). WE enjoyed coffee and wine each morning and afternoon in the private patio area out back. Great that it included washer and dryer. Only cons would be lack of wine glasses other than large, heavy goblets and dim lighting for reading. No need to contact anyone during our stay as everything functioned so well.

Change of property

We stayed in the Casita for one night and realized that a storm had shut down the new water heater. Since it needed some repairs we were moved to a new property on Juanita ... a two story condominium/townhouse. Rebecca and her team were very responsive in moving us to the new property. The Casita was comfortable with a nice size...a large kitchen, a large bedroom and nice sized living room. There was also an outdoor sitting area in back which was quiet and nice. The condo was well appointed with beautiful furniture and art throughout. The kitchen was incredible with so many cooking utensils and tools. We loved the dual sitting areas downstairs since I'd brought my harp on our trip and I was able to set it up in one of the sitting areas for playing. The upstairs bedrooms were wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and supportive. I loved the jacuzzi tub and waterfall shower. The walking closet was great. We used the outdoor sitting area on the second floor balcony from which you could see mountains in the distance. The outdoor sitting area near the entrance of the condo was comfortable and quiet. We especially appreciated the ample off street parking. Overall the condo was quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. I think we will come back to this condo when we are in Santa Fe in the future.

Great location, lovely private patio

Perfect space for the solo traveler or a couple, small but sufficient with a peaceful, private patio. Walking distance to the Plaza, all kinds of shopping, Railyard art galleries and great restaurants.
