Beautiful, well-stocked house

  • 5 of 5

The house was big, beautiful, and nicely located. It was also very well stocked! All the condiments, PB&J, pancake mix, and spices that you would need were all there. There are lots of comfortable beds for guests and plenty of dishes. My family and I had a wonderful time. If you are traveling with small children- the sinks are all very high, so you might want to bring a step stool if you're driving. My kids are 2 and 5 and couldn't reach them. Also, the adult bedrooms are on the second floor and the childrens' bedrooms are in the basement, so be aware of that if you need to be on the same floor as your kids.

Lots of space, clean, and responsive owner

  • 5 of 5

We had a group of 12 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We cooked every night and morning of our stay and we were not in need any kitchenware at all since it was stocked so well. The garage was great to keep all the wet and dirty equipment. The The house was nestled down in a nook on the mountain which we assume eliminated wind the entire time as it was windy elsewhere. Made the hot tub very enjoyable after a long day on the slopes. The Trail to the slope is a 15 min walk or so to the quicksilver lift. Its snow covered and through the forest. Was not a problem in snowboard boots. A lot of the group also called uber and took a $10 ride to the gondola instead of walking. Close to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and wonderful home owner

  • 5 of 5

The home is perfect for 3 to 4 couples...each room having a designated bathroom plus a powder room on the main floor. I'd certainly recommend renting a car to get around but if you want to not worry about driving (e.g. maybe you're going to grab burgers and beers at Ollies) using a ride sharing program into town is pretty inexpensive! Also, the owner was super kind and very accommodating. I certainly hope to stay in this home again someday soon!
