Our luxury apartment rental in Brussels is conveniently located right in the City center, at a street corner from the Prestigious Avenue Louise and the Historical Place Stéphanie. This luxury 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms apartment in Brussels, Louise Stéphanie IIIG, makes for an ideal starting point for travelers looking to explore the City many Landmarks. Its close proximity from the Palace of Justice, the Stock Market place and a multitude of Embassies, is also very advantageous for Financial and Political workers.

The construct structure is made of two large luxury mansions built in the late 17th century by architect Marshal Gerards. Recently renovated, the old building has conserved nearly all of his historical aesthetic and is characterized by an unusually rich ornamentation.

The roof is made of Bluestone top and the white stone facade is decorated all throughout with original molded frames. Each floors have large bay windows each surmounted by a cornice with vertical piers and framed by a border of pearls and decorative spandrels.

The balconies are supported by a caryatid and two atlases, all three wrapped and sculpted by the renowned Belgium Sculptor Julien Dillens. Inside the building, a spacious marble entrance hall leads you to the elevator. There is also a secure gated parking for the guests traveling by car.

The 2 bedroom with 2 ensuite bathroom, apartment oozes understated chic throughout. The old building structure blends beautifully with the modern furniture that has been especially designed and fitted for the apartment.

The two separate entrances and the bedrooms strategically located at each side of the apartment give couples and friends sharing an added element of privacy.

The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds which can be easily put together to form a queen bed. The mattress have been designed specially for this purpose and so there is no uncomfortable gap between the beds. The en suîte has a power jet shower, sink and a wall mounted towel warmer.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Its en suîte has a bathtub, a sink, toilet and wall mounted towel warmer. Both bedroom have leather bed and large enough wardrobe to accommodate your entire closet!

The living room is stylishly decorated with a blend of clean cut furnitures and art deco pieces. The living area is composed of a working area complete with desk, chair, lamp and telephone with fax and answering machine. Of course you also benefits form wireless Internet throughout the apartment.

The lounge area is place to your home theatre, watch your favorite program on the flat TV from the extremely cozy leather sofa. The terrace is also a great place to relax and to take your meals.

The dining room is furnished with a well appointed dining table witch can seat up to 6 people. There are plates for everyday use and you will also find a beautiful porcelain service to help you impress your guest with your hosting skills. The kitchen is furnished and fully functional, cooking become a pleasure with the touch control ceramic hob and the oven will cook your meal in record time.

For days when you don't feel like cooking there is a large choice of local restaurants and convenience stores from which to pick from. The rue Dejoncker, just at your doorstep, is filled with bistros, pubs and restaurants in which you can order from a light lunch to a full on Belgium specialty. The market store Carrefour and the French baker chain, Paul Bakery, are just 2 mins away. The Place Marolles (20 minutes walking distance) is home to the most popular brocante in Brussels, you can find a variety of unusual objets. It is also home to the `Marseillais' a french café terrace famous for its large variety of Pastis, popular drink from the south of France.

Very Happy with the Choice

This apartment and the Company VRBO/all-luxury-apartments/welcome to France were excellent. I was pleased everything was handled efficiently and friendly. There was the great location to this 2 bdrm and very roomy exceptionally clean apartment. Sophie was very helpful and quick to respond if needed. You are a few minutes from the metro and Tram and market. We loved having the bakery "Paul" close.The lay out is good with a balcony looking out on green trees. The high quality-nice decor made this 2 bdrm one of our best stays.

Good time in Brussels!

This is the first time we stayed in this apartment and I can't speak highly enough of its location and comfort.The apartment is 1 minute from Avenue Louise, It's only a very short walk to most of the central sights and easy access to the metro station. Staff has been brilliant and flexible to our needs both times and I highly recommend staying here if visiting Brussels.

Memorable stay!

We came back not long ago from, hands down, one of the best vacations we've had in many years! We had never been to Brussels on such a long stay, neither were we expecting such a central and perfect location and such a stunningly stylish apartment. Let me tell you, it was hard to leave the property; in fact, one of us would go to Paul Bakery downstairs (so convenient) and bring breakfast for all of us to have at the apartment everyday, so we wouldn't leave until lunch time must of the time. The metro at Avenue Louise was steps away, and being so central, we had everything and more right down the apartment. Now, the apartment was very central, but also very quiet as it is on a very charming, tranquil street off Avenue Louise . We were able to enjoy the best of worlds. Tip for travelers: If you're into good natural and organic food, please do try EXQUI, just around the corner from the apartment, it is wonderful! Will definitely come back to this wonderful experience and recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you, Sophie, and the rest of the staff, for making it a memorable one.

An absolute wonderful stay in Brussels at a beautiful luxury apartment!

We were quite impressed with the amazingly great location, and I have fond memories of my morning 3 minute walk to Paul\'s bakery for absolute wonderful pastries! The property was so very clean and inviting. I really enjoyed the spaciousness and the european decor the owner is responsible for. The upscale appliances made the kitchen very accommodating! I also enjoyed the maid service and the all the additional touches offered, including walking us through the city to the Farmer\'s Market! I appreciate everything she did to be sure our trip so memorable. Many, many thanks! We have already recommended this apartment to our friends and will most likely contact with the owner in the near future again!

Most famous for its Louise quarter, this uptown and upscale area of Brussels is both an important business center and a prominent hub of up-scale shopping and entertainment. The well-known Avenue Louise offers stylish restaurants, luxury buildings, trendy bars and fashionable luxury boutiques. At the end of this lively street, you will find the beautiful urban park of Bois de la Cambre, situated on the edge of the Sonian Forest. Visit the Abbey of La Cambre with its landscaped gardens. From the Brussels National airport : shuttle train to Gare du Midi

From Brussels South airport (Charleroi) : bus shuttle to gare du Midi.?

From Thalys or TGV (Gare du Midi) : tram 3 or 4 (10')

IF you get off the airport train at Gare Centrale/ Centraal Station: From the central railway station, you should procede 200 metres to the Place Royale. Take the tram 94 from Place Royale direction Musée du Tram. you should then get off at the 'Stéphanie' stop, on the Chaussee de Charleroi.

Traveling time = 15 mins

IF you get off the airport train at Gare du Midi / Zuidstation (the next stop after Gare Centrale):You can take the Metro directly from Gare du Midi to Avenue Louise (Line 2 direction Simonis, 3 stops). From Avenue Louise the apartment is within walking distance (5-10 minutes). You should follow Avenue Louise and walk straight towards Place Stephanie. You will pass shops and restaurants including Burger King, Haagen Daas, Inno and Zara on your way. Get out the tram at Place Stéphanie, walk on the Chaussée de Charleroi and take the second right.
