This is my personal vacation home and not a business. We have had hundreds of guests and welcome respective guests and whom are considerate of our Homeowners Association.
Crystal Shores Villas is located on exclusive Lakeshore Blvd and our townhome overlooks the lake (about 50 yards away).
Our home was totally renovated including hardwood floors, granite, stone, kitchen-aid appliances, specialty wall texture, paint, furniture, etc).
Terry Barbery, is my local property manager whom will meet you upon your arrival.
We will send you a rental agreement and addendum for your signature prior to your arrival ( examples of both are attached for your review).

•A smaller property of 11 buildings with 2 townhomes in each building. The units are quiet since no units are above.
•Magnificent views of the lake and mountains from Living area and spacious deck.
•Small private beach (towels and beach chairs provided)
•2 levels with 550 sq.ft. on each floor: Living area and kitchen are upstairs.
Bed & Bathrooms are downstairs with top quality King size mattresses
•Lakeshore Drive which has a flat sidewalk for walking/jogging that goes for miles. One of the more convenient locations in Incline Village.
•One parking space close to the front door (parking is not covered) and each space is assigned to a unit. An additional car would park on the street.
•Air-Conditioning unit in each bedroom
•Wifi ; Cable TV; Amazon Firestick included
(we maintain our amenities but we cannot guarantee the cable company’s service).
* Gas Grill on deck overlooking lake
•***FIREPLACE is NOT operable. (There is a Fedora Candle Holder with 5 large candles for ambiance)
*MAXIMUM - 4 guests only (sleeping in the 2 King beds ONLY).
*NO PETS *NO SMOKING
•*Exterior Surveillance Cameras monitor the exterior doors/ building.
*+* Minimum CHILD Age- We have our own and love children; however, our small floor plan and quiet complex is not conducive for kids play nor noise. The stairs & the height of the railing wall in the upstairs kitchen; and, the 2nd floor deck railing can can be dangerous to kids.
Please understand we have had damage/scratches to wood floors; dings in walls, cabinets/fridge door; the stair railings repaired from leaning/pulling on them; broken lamps.

Amenities & FAQ's:
•BEDROOMS- King-size beds (Luxury Firm mattress) and 42' LCD TV's. (limit to 4 guests/2 per bed and no air mattresses or sleeping accommodations allowed other than the bedrooms). BLACKOUT blinds on windows.
•AIR CONDITIONING- portable units in both bedrooms (not in living area). Tahoe is normally cool at night in the summer; however, there are some hot evenings. Very few if any townhouses & condos have A/C , so you will be glad you have it if needed!! We also have box Fans.
•BATHROOMS- are small but very nice. Each has walk-in showers, with great water pressure; lots of storage space, heated floors.
-•WIFI & Cable TV (Charter Cable is our service. We do our best to maintain the reliability but we can't guarantee Charter's signal.
•Hairdryers; bath & beach towels; Soap; Toilet paper; dish detergent; provided
•* Burnt Cedar Beach has an outdoor heated Pool (1/2 mile away) and Incline Beach (2 miles away) are available for a guest fee of $12 adults, $4 children. In the summer, Incline Beach has live music. Both serve food and alcoholic drinks.
(FYI-our beach is man-made and has a boat marina; thus, does NOT have direct swimming entry into the lake. You may use our neighbor's complex to enter the water for access.
• Bikes, kayaks, Paddle Boards, etc are available for rent in town/at Burnt Cedar Beach
