Upstairs bedroom is newly carpeted with two queen-sized log beds. This condo sleeps up to eleven people. Great owners are fun-loving family!
This condo is right on the slopes! The snow is fantastic in Park City (some claim it's the best snow on Earth). You do not need a car and you can walk to downtown Park City (only one block from the Lodge where you'll be staying... It's about a 10-15 minute walk but a wonderful bus stops in front of the Lodge every five minutes that you can ride if you prefer).

About Brian Lewis
Completely refurbished in 2012, from floors, to kitchen, to furniture, to walls... We have a flat screen TV in the master bedroom, as well as a flat screen in living area and enclosed lofted bedroom. The condo has a beautiful, tiled entry area and a brand new washer & dryer. Our condo sleeps eleven. Great Location..Walk outside door to Park City Mountain slopes, shops, & restaurants & bars! Or take the free buses to Deer Valley slopes & the Canyons as well. Close to Main Street and FREE bus stops directly in front of condo!! Enjoy Ski-in/Ski-out access at the Park City Mountain Resort.

Relax in our pool or spa overlooking the mountain or go for a glide on the ice rink. In the summer, enjoy the new ROLLER COASTER THROUGH THE SKI RUNS, it's a blast. Our condo is right on the slopes! The snow is fantastic in Park City (some claim it's the best snow on Earth). You do not need a car and you can walk to downtown Park City (only one block from the Lodge where you'll be staying... It's about a 10-15 minute walk but a wonderful bus stops in front of the Lodge every five minutes that you can ride if you prefer). BTW, the condo comes with private parking. You will park in the parking garage underneath the lodge.

Nice condo - neglected upkeep
This condo is is a nice location- loved having restaurants, skiing and ice skating right out our door.
However, it seemed as if basic maintenance was overlooked. Several of the light bulbs were burned out and there was no shampoo or bath soap, just liquid hand soap. That would have been ok I guess if that had been disclosed. Many of the towels were thread bare. For the price per night, I was expecting something more.
We had an issue with getting a parking permit, but was resolved the second day.
I would stay in this location again, but not in this condo.
Thank you for your response. I have informed the maintenance/cleaning crew that they need to make sure everything is available. There should always be soap and shampoo out as well as paper towels, toilet paper, etc. They are also supposed to replace the light bulbs. We buy new towels twice a year but sometimes the old ones do not get thrown out. I have instructed them to throw away any old towels. I appreciate your feedback so that I can bark at whoever I need to.
Great condo for families with kids!
Great setup and easy location for taking the kids skiing for the first time. It is a super short walk to ski rental, ski school and three lifts as well as several restaurants and a little general store. The condo is well stocked and very clean/updated and the owner is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
Great condo convenient to slopes but poorly managed
We loved the condo but were annoyed by the lack of management. We were told there would be parking permits available but they weren’t and there’s no overnight parking available for non-permit holders. Luckily Lodge didn't enforce their towing threat. We weren’t left any extra toilet paper or trash bags for the kitchen. No instructions for the WiFi and password. Also, the knives in the kitchen are all so dull. I literally could not cut anything while cooking. Oh, and the pull out twin in the loft upstairs is not even worth mentioning. The pullout queens in the living rooms were not very comfortable either. But we did like the queen bunk beds and the king bed.

Our family of five stayed in Brian's unit for a ski vacation. He was quick to answer any questions and help. The unit is nicely updated, well stocked with cable and wifi and had many conveniences that made the trip low stress. It was a very short walk to the lifts, ski rental, convenience store (we did have Grocery Girls deliver food prior to our arrival which was great), bus stops and restaurants. We parked in the underground garage which was easy and free. There was a washer and dryer in the unit which made doing laundry and packing light very easy. There is an indoor and outdoor hot tub and pool in the building which the kids loved. They also loved the queen size bunk beds. Great unit for a low stress family ski vacation.

There is private parking in the underground garage at the lodge (with an elevator nearby, which goes directly to the third floor). Lodge is conveniently located near shopping, dining and numerous attractions!
