I accept, cash, personal check or certified check depending on how many days prior to your arrival date I receive payment. For early bookings I look to receive 1/3rd of the rent at lease signing and the other 2/3rds plus the security deposit at least 30 to 45 days prior to your arrival. Thank you, Ted
