This atmosphere creates a truly serene environment making every day a vacation day for our guests. Offering an entire home, a portion of a home or one of three homes on the same street ...depending on your accommodation needs. Sleeping as many as 1-25 guests YOU HAVE A CHOICE? Close to everything and anything you need. Lexington is an easily navigated town due to it's wagon wheel style layout. We are 2 minutes from I-75 and Hamburg area shops or 7 minute to Downtown. Lexington is the largest city in the U.S. not on a main water way. So we feel very fortunate to host a lovely serene water view. Tax is eliminated on 30 + day stays. Monthly Cleaning cost required.

I’m Allyson Watts

Proprietor of Furnished Home in Lexington, Kentucky.

My property management experience spans three decades. My Husband Greg is a native to Lexington and a well received Concrete Contractor in Central Kentucky. Together we offer this home. It's truly unique, a Must See. We are often ask why we are not living in this house. Our stock answer, 'We like Sharing Good Things'. We live on this quiet cul-de-sac in another home so we're not missing a thing.

I’m so excited to say we have celebrated our 17th year. Seems only yesterday we began offering all inclusive accommodations. We certainly are grateful for properties which reflect all the allure of a vacation getaway.

I also dabble in Photography as you will see while viewing the home albums photos. You may also arrange photos or portrait during your visit.

Why Allyson chose Lexington

Choices! We have 3 homes on the same street. accommodating up to 30 guest. Being a property manager for many years prompted me to offer this home to guests because it's such a great place. Personally experiencing poor travel lodging inspired me to offer nothing less than I would appreciate as a comfortable accommodation. Basically decided to offer comfortable linens and fully appointed kitchens to make one feel more at home.

After all, the last thing you need to be when you miss or need a break from home is misery, Correct?

My expectations are clean, comfortable and nice. The Soul Soothing atmosphere I seek out when I leave the comforts of my home.

This home may accommodate 1-10 guests. We welcome guests of any number so feel free to inquire. You may rent 1 bedroom 1 bath up to 5 bedrooms 4.5 baths. It merely depends upon your needs and our availability. Daily, weekly or monthly rates. Please inquire by telling us your sleeping arrangement/bedroom needs. We are capable of housing up to 26 in beds if available. We have several homes on one quiet cul-de-sac. Plan early and we are more likely to make this happen for you.

OK Place

Nice quite cul de sac and close to stores, resturants, and downtown. Nice deck and view. Two things we did not like. First, the HVAC was either too cold or too warm. Even with the doors between the floors open. Second, we all left the house except one of us. While reading in the downstairs area, they heard noises from the upstairs area. The owner had entered the house from the front, unannounced. Not very proffessional. The door was unlocked.

Owner's Response: I remember bringing you something because your family was ill. I didn't want the illness, didn't really plan to be there for any reason unless it was to check the AC (Since it and the Cable/Internet were just knocked out by lightning week before. Possibly I had something that belonged in the house ( key or opener) I wanted to return for guest to use. Indiscretion such as doors open an AC unit running possibly? I pay attention to things which may stop working if misused like the AC. Things which can wreck a stay. However, if that was the case I would have called you to discuss. Maybe I saw everyone leave, saw the door open possibly the garage as well. thinking I should lock the door, may have been looking to leave a key from the hallway shelf to leave in case you didn’t take with you and maybe they were all out. I can't recall but know it was important or I would not been there. I have 4 houses on the same street and live there on the street as well. In the last 15yrs I've seen all the scenarios I've mentioned plus a million more I'll spare. I'm sorry to disappoint you. After 37 years of property mgt. my short term memory is getting dull. I always knock and call out before entry. That doesn’t sound like me. To think if I had just called out I wouldn't have this terrible review. I must have seen you drive away, like many guests have and will do again, who are preoccupied by the event at hand and have driven away leaving doors open. Doors left open is the No.1 thing I see guest do. Remember well wishes for a speedy recovery for your party before the wedding. I did not want near the place fearing the bug. I'm pleased to say I have installed electronics to help make these frequent obstacles diminish..I do hope you'll reconsider your review. If not forgive me and share with all in your group for making anyone uncomfortable. I Do Reserve the Right to Enter my Homes for any reason I deem necessary to protect my interest as well as the interest of my guest. My investment is substantial. We are on the outskirt of the city lots of wildlife to enjoy. I t would not be a joy in the house. It has taken awhile to respond. I have fired the booking company used to secure Heavenly Lake View. My page has been frozen. Relieved of duty for several reasons, one of which being my inability to respond to reviews. Forgive the long wait it was excruciating for me, beyond my control. VRBO does allow me to comment now that I'm in charge.

Well the trip started with no air conditioner, which seemed like no big deal to the lady renting the place. Oh, and no internet or television. Then that was fixed, after the lady tried to give the HVAC people my personal cell number to take care of the air conditioning. The only plus side was that she left us alone

after all of that! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Owner's Response: I have fired the booking company and they have had my page frozen. The booking company you used to secure Heavenly Lake View has been relieved of duty for several reasons. One of which is My inability to respond to reviews. Forgive the long wait it was excruciating for me and beyond my control to respond. VRBO does allow me to respond now that I'm in control again. I'm shocked. Jaw on the floor sad? I was there too much and not enough all at the same time. The phone # request was just in case he made it out later that night. It would allow him to call the best number not to disturb the sleeping children and/or everyone in the home. Obviously I failed to make myself clear. I Worked Most of the next Day with the HVAC and cable company and called you to let you know when it was all working again since you were out. Lightening strike on a sunny day, Mother Nature can't be controlled, I’m sorry happen. I don’t know what else I could have done. About 300 homes were affected. ~Ally

Perfect stay!!

We rented the house for the week for my son's wedding. The house was beautiful and very spacious. The view of the lake was breathtaking. We could have stayed on the back deck all day. The owner of the house was very acommadating and went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful stay. I definitely would recommend to anyone!!

Very nice house, decent yard, owners treated us as family. Always helpful with directions and suggestions made provisions to allow fishing on a private lake.

Great stay, wonderful owner

We had a group of 10 of us stay at the Heavenly lake view rental. The owner met me on time and handed over the keys and did a quick walk through to aid our stay. The place was extremely clean and well kept. We communicated via email and phone and at first it was a little bit difficult but we straightened things out and the owner made me feel comfortable about the transaction.

We really enjoyed staying outside and in the man cave on the bottom floor. The place sleeps 10 comfortably and has a great view of the lake. Can't say enough about how clean this place was and how gracious the owner was.
