Great Location! Great Host!

  • 5 of 5

This could not have been a better location for the 5 of us that were going for Daytona Bike Week. Plenty of room for all of us, everything that you could need was there and in great shape. Liked the fact that in place of a garage, the house was on pillars and there was plenty of room for 2 trucks, and 5 bikes underneath . Located on A1A it was a short ride north to St. Augustine's Historic sights, and headed south got to ride next to the ocean all the way to Daytona. Couple staying in the house next door and shared the driveway with, were so Friendly. Made you feel like you had lived next to them forever. All in all, the whole experience was made easy and possible by John "Rocky" Lawrence, Thanks for giving us the opportunity to enjoy this house. Will Definitely get in touch the next time I'm in this area. 5 * * * * * !!!

Great family get away

  • 5 of 5

One of the best family vacations I've been on. The house easily fit my large family with out any issues. It easily slept 9, and the beds where comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from eggs and grits, to fish tacos, scallops, and seared tuna. The location is perfect if you don't need a view of the beach, love to fish and like it nice and quiet. You literally drive 45 secs to the beach parking which was never full. The beach itself was fantastic. I never saw more than 14 families within a mile and a half of beach in the end of June non the less. I expected it to be packed, but it felt like we were the only ones out there most of the time. You can also, drive a full minute and a half to the other side of the bridge to park and enjoy Matanza's inlet. If you like to paddle board and you get out in the inlet early morning you may have it to yourself. I saw one other person on a Friday morning paddle boarding the inlet. It's a short twenty mi the drive to downtown if you want to catch the sites or eat. There is a fresh seafood market about 3 miles down the road from the house that had a great selection and stocked 4 meals at the house for us. If your looking for a quiet get away with the family and like being outdoors enjoying the ocean this is the house for you.

Property was clean, comfortable, and full of amenities. Had everything needed to feel like a home.

  • 5 of 5

Had a great time, home is in a great location. Central to many attractions, but far enough away to be peaceful. Sunset views were the best. Mr. Lawrence was helpful in giving options for activities and making sure everything was perfect for our vacation. This home will be at the top of our list for our next trip to the St. Augustine area. Great place for a worry free vacation.
