Sunny fifth and sixth floor loft (nearly 1,000 square feet/97m2) overlooking Paris rooftops! The apartment is very sunny with soaring ceilings supported by exposed wooden beams and walls covered with original art.
The apartment consists of living room w/2 large comfortable sofas in front of a fireplace (though fires now illegal in Paris). Vaulted ceilings open onto the bedroom above which overlooks the living room below. There are windows on both sides that look out on courtyards, a large entryway and adjoining dining area that seats four and opens onto the kitchen. A spiral staircase leads up to the large bedroom with a wall of windows with views of the Paris rooftops and the stone courtyard below.
A full-bath with tub/shower and washer/dryer adjoins the bedroom. Upstairs there is also a separate office area with fiber internet The apartment includes bed linens, towels and toiletries. Several drawers and a closet are cleared to avoid living out of a suitcase during the visit.
Stay here and live as the locals do: shopping at the neighbourhood grocer or covered market, lounging in a neighborhood cafe, exploring the galeries, boutiques and cafes of the tenth arrondissement.

Flat sleeps two comfortably, two sofas in salon can be used for children. A supplement may be required for more than two occupants.
As a fifth floor walk up with an internal spiral staircase, not ideal for anyone with limited mobility (help with luggage on arrival and departure can usually be arranged). Maid service for longer stays can also be schedules at extra cost.
Centrally located in 75010 (Porte Saint Martin), 15/20 min walk to Le Marais, Canal St-Martin, Pompidou Centre, Opera, Louvre, Seine, direct metro (4 lines) or bus lines to virtually all major museums and monuments. 'Velib' bike rental station 1 block away.
