The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is situated on the second floor of a beautifully renovated, century old building, characterized by an unusual ornamental richness.

Inside the building, a spacious marble entrance hall leads you to the elevator. There is also a secure gated parking for the guests traveling by car.

Louise Stéphanie II has just been recently redecorated and now looks more striking than ever. Furnished throughout with unique pieces of clean cut art deco it is a magnificent apartment which aesthetes and art lovers will adore.

The two separate entrances and the bedrooms strategically located at each side of the apartment give couples and friends sharing an added element of privacy.

The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds which can be easily put together to form a queen bed. The mattress have been designed specially for this purpose and so there is no uncomfortable gap between the beds. The en suîte has a power jet shower, sink and a wall mounted towel warmer.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a desk with its assorted seat. Its en suîte has a bathtub, a sink, toilet and wall mounted towel warmer. Both bedrooms have large enough wardrobe to accommodate your entire closet!

There is an additional single bed which can be made available on request. So the apartment can accommodate u to 5 people. There is also a separate toilet for your guests.

The lounge area is place to your home theatre,you can watch your favorite program on the 48 inches flat TV or plug your laptop to the TV screen for a better viewing experience. The terrace is also a great place to relax, use the long chair for a spot of sun bath or even eat your meals at the table while contemplating your lovely surrounding.

The dining room, which is situated between the open plan kitchen and the terrace makes a great meeting place. The dining table can accommodates up to six people and the kitchen table an additional two. The kitchen itself is fully furnished and functional. Cooking becomes a pleasure with the touch control ceramic cooking hob and the oven can cook your meals in record time.

For days when you don’t feel like cooking there is a large choice of local restaurants and convenience stores from which to pick from. The rue Dejoncker, just at your doorstep, is filled with bistros, pubs and restaurants in which you can order from a light lunch to a full on Belgium specialty. The market store Carrefour and the French’s favorite baker chain, Paul Bakery, are just 2 mins away. You also have the choice to visit the neighborly food market in Parvis Saint gilles, located just 10 mins away the market is open everyday (except monday) from 6 AM to 1PM.

The place of Chatelain is also a great spot to enjoy a drink and a dance in the evening, its café terraces are always busy and populated by friendly locals and fellow travelers with whom you can exchange tips.

Additional room include a guest toilet and a laundry room fully furnished with a washer and a dryer.

The apartment is exclusive and includes a once a week complimentary cleaning, weekly changed fresh linens, and twice weekly changed bath towels.

Conveniently located right in the City center, at a street corner from the Prestigious Avenue Louise and the Historical Place Stéphanie.

Tthe 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, Louise Stéphanie II, makes for an ideal starting point for travelers looking to explore the City many Landmarks.

Its close proximity from the Palace of Justice, the Stock Market place and a multitude of Embassies, is also very advantageous for Financial and Political workers.

The construct structure is made of two large mansions built in the late 17th century by architect Marshal Gerards. Recently renovated, the old building has conserved nearly all of his historical aesthetic and is characterized by an unusually rich ornamentation.

The roof is made of Bluestone top and the white stone facade is decorated all throughout with original molded frames. Each floors have large bay windows each surmounted by a cornice with vertical piers and framed by a border of pearls and decorative spandrels.

The balconies are supported by a caryatid and two atlases, all three wrapped and sculpted by the renowned Belgium Sculptor Julien Dillens

Excellent location - wonderful, spacious apartment

I don't know if this has ever happened to us, but upon arrival to the apartment, we found it to be even larger than the photos online portrayed and just as beautiful! It was so spacious and very clean it felt as it was a new apartment or just recently renovated. It was also very quiet, although near a vibrant area, we slept like babies at night. They had everything we needed and more. The lady who greeted us had to wait about an extra hour for us, as our train was seriously delayed. We felt bad, but she still greeted us with a smile and treated us wonderfully. The location is PRIME - just around the corner from the Place Stephanie and pretty much the very center of Brussels, with access to everything by walking or public transportation. My husband lived in Brussels years ago, so he really knows, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else now that we've found this place.

Great Location, Spacious Apartment

This was certainly a wonderful place for a family of four (like ours) to stay when in Brussels. The location can't be beat; you are steps away from a tram stop that will take you anywhere you need to go, including the Louise metro station (which is also within walking distance). For breakfast, the Paul bakery--just one block from the apartment--will fill you with as many croissants as you could possibly desire. Should you prefer supplying your own groceries, near the Paul bakery there is an "Express" supermarket with everything you need. In addition, an Exki market/restaurant between Paul and the Express has ready-made, natural foods at an affordable price.

The living space within the apartment is generous, and the storage in the bedrooms is impressive, no matter how long your stay (and how many clothes you may have brought). If I were furnishing the apartment myself, I would provide more seating rather than just one sofa for lounging, but this is a small quibble (and the sofa provided is quite comfortable).

There are some quirks of the apartment I should mention that prevent me from rating it higher. First of all, the placement of the bathrooms is unusual; the master and the kids' rooms both contain a bathroom to make them "suites." But the master's bathroom is the one with the bathtub, while the kids' bathroom is the one with the shower. Parents who bathe their children in the tubs while themselves using a shower will find this an odd arrangement. Both bathrooms are showing significant signs of age. Grout and caulk are more than a bit moldy and stained. The fans are loud but don't seem to remove moisture from the air. Second, you should know that this is a very busy, tightly populated urban area. The windows close well to deal with the noise at night. Visual privacy is achieved only with some peel-n-stick window film, and it is peeling in some places. Something to keep in mind.

Finally, when we arrived there were no cleaning supplies at all in the kitchen (not even a sponge, scrubber, or paper towels, let alone soap for the dishwasher or for spraying down countertops). There were also no supplies for the washing machine or dryer (soap, bleach, fabric softener, etc.). We e-mailed the owner about this and received a partial list of what we had requested the next morning... but it was really a partial list. We send another e-mail and received almost everything, but never got a return message from the landlord, which would have been appreciated.

this apartment is great. we had our 20 year old daughters traveling with us and this apartment gave us plenty of room. It was bright, clean, good location. Jennifer worked with us and was great, our plane was delayed for a while and this was no problem. I highly recommend Stephanie Louise II

Clean and well decorated apartment with a perfect location

The apartment is very well decorated, clean, and with all amenities desired. The staff is both friendly and professional. The location allows you to reach most interesting parts of Brussels on foot, but also on public transportation (and taxis are around the corner). Giant shopping area and restaurant street three minutes away. We had a fantastic stay and I would go back again and again. Thank you!

Great experience

I really enjoyed my stay here. The appartment is incredibly clear and spacious. The rooms are beautifully decorated and really comfortable. Moreover, though it is loated is center Brussels, close to museums and shopping areas, we had no noise, and fell at home there.

I've already recommended this place to my friends/family.
