About the property

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom unit located less than 1 mile out of the town of Winter Park (Up Vasquez Rd.) Enjoy the deck with grill while relaxing to the sounds of Vasquez Creek running through the back yard.

On the first floor you will find the garage and front door entry, laundry room, a full bathroom ( shower, no tub) and the kitchen, living, dining area. This area is very tastefully decorated with a large sectional, flat screen tv, stainless appliances, granite, hardwood and gas frieplace. The kitchen is fully loaded with great extras like crock pot, roaster and coffee/hot water maker.

Upstairs you will find the bedrooms as well as a very cozy loft/den area which contains another flat screen tv and desk/computer area with free WiFi. The queen sleeper sofa can handle some overflow sleeping.

The bedrooms are as follows:


King with full bathroom including a whirlpool tub and large tile shower, double sinks and flat screen tv.

About Becky Shaw

We first visited the Winter Park area with our family 30 years ago, and found ourselves returning often for the winter sports and the many summer opportunities that the 'valley' offers families. We continued to return to the Winter Park area with our grandchildren and always appreciated the people that offered their homes for people like us to rent. We purchased this home to allow us to spend more time in the 'valley' we've come to love, and decided offer it on VRBO so that others might have the opportunity to enjoy the area also. To those that visit; enjoy our 'mountain home' as we have.

We purchased this property because of it's quality, design and location which offers the best of all worlds. It has very secluded feel with the many large trees and Vazquez Creek running behind it, yet it's a half mile from the activates that the town of Winter Park offers, and 5 minutes from the Winter Park Ski Area, and the town of Fraser.

Great weekend getaway

The place was wonderful. We needed a place for 8 on short notice and we could not have been happier with the result. Warm, comforting accommodations which are close to the resort. Thanks for allowing us to stay. We will be back.

Great Winter Park Weekend!

Wonderful accommodations in the heart of Winter Park. This condo is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is nicely stocked with utensils, plates/bowls, and cooking paraphernalia. The fireplace makes everything cozy. Our family loved this place, and would definitely stay here again for another visit! Plenty of room for everyone.

Great accommodations for large group!

We just returned from a very fun ski weekend at this townhouse. Our two families, 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 9-16) were very comfortable in this well furnished and clean home. The sleeping arrangement were perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for the kids to bunk together, and nice rooms for the adults also. Three bathrooms were a definite bonus. The kitchen is by far the most well stocked one we have seen in a condo. We needed a second large pot for spaghetti but were able to make due with an electric skillet. The extra seating at the bar was great, allowing us all to dine together at the same time. Checking in and out was super convenient and easy. We skied both days of our trip and decided not to utilize the shuttle service which can be accessed just down the street approximately 100 yards (maybe less?) The shuttle would be great in the warmer months or if you are renting equipment on the mountain. The schedule is somewhat limited during the weekdays in the winter, only picking up every hour. I recommend checking the winter park free shuttle schedule for more information if that is of interest. The place was easy to find, and felt like a home away from home for our getaway with friends. It was a great price for the value as well!!

Great accomodations and great location...

Really enjoyed our stay at this townhome. Very comfortable with plenty of room. Well furnished, updated décor and appliances, and great location. Great proximity to Rocky Mtn NP, Winter Park resort, and other regional sightseeing. Very good selection of restaurants and shopping in Winter Park, Fraser, and surrounding towns. Felt like home way from home and nothing better than sitting out on the deck after a day of hiking or sightseeing with the sounds of the mountain creek running by!

Beautiful mountain condo

Creekview way is a beautiful, well furnished condo. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. Location is very close to town and Winter Park resort. Owner was easy to communicate with and helped arranged skiing lessons. Highly recommend.
