Great place to stay while I visited Florida. Perfectly maintained and all amenities were provided. Had a little bit of a problem with the door code, but the owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and return!
Better than hotel
We were visiting Friends in the area and found this unit fine for a short stay. Bathroom could use more attention, showing signs of dirt buildup around sink faucet and bathtub. Keyless entrance code and WiFi password are sent as an attachment the MORNING of arrival. Including a simple map of the village with directions to the unit would be VERY helpful as GPS was unable to locate the unit. It took 20 minutes to find it and that’s with stopping and asking 2 people for assistance. But overall the unit was as discribed and suited our needs. If you’re golfing at the GPA Village it would be a perfect location.
It is a nice apartment. I recomend this very much.

Nice Property! Nice Proprietor! Humbly, I Believe Proprietor Needs A Bit of Education!
The night that I arrived at this property, I tapped the code that the proprietor had given me (that day!) into the keyless-entry box. Upon doing so, I entered the property, but was shocked when I walked into the entryway and saw a woman's purse, towels, and newspapers. Next, at 1:30 in the morning, I was met by a couple whom I had awakened. Clearly, I had entered the wrong property!!! Though the address on the front door was what I had been given. I chatted with the couple -- wonderful people -- for a few minutes, and then discovered that the front door, with only a "G" on it, was the property I had rented. Summary: The proprietor had not said a thing about the property NOT having an address on it, AND, perhaps most importantly, he had given the exact same keyless-entry code to me and to the renters in the unit with the address on the door. Thank goodness, neither the husband nor the wife had a firearm on them or were scared by having a stranger walk in on them in the middle of the night!!! I had called the next morning to advise him as to what took place, as did the other couple, and he didn't return my TMs or VMs. In my humble opinion, this is simply bad business!
In addition, there was no folder/binder in the unit that described the restaurants or sights to be seen in the area.
I did learn that I will never again rent a unit that doesn't have a dishwasher, as when I'm on vacation I don't wish to be washing dishes. Nor do I wish to have to hand dry them: There is virtually no place in the mini-kitchen to allow items to stand-dry. There is also virtually no space to prepare the tiniest of breakfasts.
To be fair, the proprietor was very nice (though due to our different spoken languages, I found him very hard to understand) and the unit was clean!
May stay was just OK! Though a vacation to attend Spring Training is STILL a vacation! ;o)
Large Pool at PGA Island Club: Guest will Enjoy the privilege of the Exercise room with treadmills, rowing machine, StairMaster, free weights while watching a flat screen TV's. A Dance Studio with ballet bar/mirrors,tennis & basketball courts are also available to residents/ long term renters only. 6 hole golf course within walking distance. The Studio is within 2 miles of a Carmike Movie Theater Complex, 3 miles of the shopping mall at Tradition. Restaurants: Carrabba's, Ruby Tuesday, Tutto Fresco, Longhorn, 5 Guys, Chili's, McDonald's, Wendy's, Bob Evans, Friendly's. Shopping: Stein Mart, Bealls outlet, Walmart, Staples, Sears, Publix,Target,etc.
