It is with great pride that we can offer our family’s vacation paradise for you to enjoy.

Recently purchased, completely redecorated, and for the first time prepared to share with others, our ground floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom end unit is light and airy, one of only a few like it in our complex. With many windows offering views from three sides, you will not feel boxed in like you do at so many condos.

The Essex, on famous South Collier Boulevard, a three-minute walk gets you to the highly desirable south beach access. Great restaurants, shopping and a theatre are also easily accessible by foot.

Our condo at The Essex has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Always professionally cleaned, the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with settings for both every day use, and for those special occasions. The dining room has a large glass table with seating for six.

Relax and take in the magnificent views and the refreshing gulf breezes from the screened in front lanai, or for more privacy, enjoy dinner on the large rear patio area.

The master suite is huge, features a king bed and a flat screen cable TV. And with it’s own private bathroom, complete with walk in closet and an extra large shower, total privacy is ensured. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet. The third bedroom has twin beds, is perfect for the children, and is adjacent to the second full bathroom. A full size washer and dryer are included, so a trip to the laundromat is not needed.

An immaculate smoke free unit, the living room is very comfortable, and is equipped with cable TV, a DVD player and a stereo system. In addition to central air conditioning, every room has a ceiling fan for your comfort.

You will also find everything you need for beach enjoyment. A rolling cooler, beach chairs, toys and many towels are there to use, and we even have a pair of bicycles for you to explore with.

The grounds are pet free, very clean and quiet, and a covered parking space is provided. The heated pool and tennis court offers restrooms and a changing area, and the grounds are covered with many well-maintained examples of the regions tropical vegetation.

So enjoy the sugar sand beaches, the shells, the fabulous sunsets, the occasional dolphin, and everything else that Marco Island has to offer, and call us today. With weekly and longer rentals available, and discounts for longer stays, why bother with a hotel when a stay in our home makes much more sense.

What makes this condo unique

Our complex is a smaller low rise condo, quiet and very close to the highly desireable south beach access. We found the grounds much better maintained and cleaner than most in the area, and our corner end unit is on the south end of the building, offering great views of the swimming pool and tennis court.

Great Condo & Grounds

This is a FABULOUS 3 bedroom condo as advertised and better, very clean and well maintained.

Just lovely and very spacious. I really enjoyed the back patio, very safe and secure for my early

morning coffee.

Short walking distance to South Marco Beach entrance. Great beach for swimming, picking shells,

watching dolphins, and walking on the beach for miles.

Lovely property

The condo was well cared for and it was a great location. Our family with 6 little ones enjoyed the pool and ocean. Short walk to the beach. We entered by the park as it was closer. Loved being on the first floor. It was a short walk to the pool.

We discovered the Paradise Sea Food Market on Bald Eagle Drive. They have fabulous fresh fish, oysters, and shrimp as well as other prepared fish items.

Nice Condo and Location

Condo was very nice and owner's description and pictures were as advertised. Place was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, and beds were all comfortable. Condo is located in a nice part of town. Just a few minute walk to beach access, and we easily wheeled the chairs in the cart provided. We opted to use the public beach entrance a few blocks north at the Marriott Beach Club, where we rented additional chairs and an umbrella from Paul. Condo is an end unit so it has a very airy feel, with a nice view overlooking the tennis court. The owner was very friendly and easy to talk to.

Very Nice Property

Very clean and well maintained property just minutes from the beach. Everything was as advertised and I would and have recommended this property to friends and relatives. Nice amenity of the Island is that a taxi cab will take you to many different bars and restaurants on the Island free. Lot's of good shopping and food within walking distance of the condo as well. We had very good food at CJ's on the bay and The Snook Inn

One of the highlights of our visit was watching the dophins from the beach as they circled some paddleboarders. Was really surprised that they came close enough to shore for us to see them.
