Amazing!!! Awesome location!!! Kid friendly! Comfortable and cozy.

The location was incredible! Walking distance to awesome stores, great food and an incredible arcade. I would recommend it to anyone; and we are very well traveled. The house is bigger than the pictures make it seem. Well stocked for entertaining. We loved it!

Perfect Location!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I loved the little blue house. It is centrally located to all the surrounding attractions, and park your car when you want to hit the town. The main drag is maybe 2 blocks away? We had no problems finding on street parking. It's a very comfortable house, even for a family of 4. We will be trying to get the same house next time we come to Manitou Springs. Oh, and the creek in the back is the perfect spot for your morning coffee!

perfect home away from home

  • 5 of 5

We loved the little blue house on the creek! Was perfect location to walk into town, and also really felt like home. We watched football games in the den, read books outback, and ventured into town often as well as our other adventures around the area like Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. The property was very clean and had everything we could need. The service was so personal we really enjoyed the homemade cookies and introduction letter as well as the friendly service! Thank you for offering such a comfortable cute place to stay. Would definitely refer to a friend and will stay here again next time we return!

Lovely little get away.

  • 5 of 5

This little house was in the perfect location, close enough to downtown to easily walk but far enough from the bustle to get some peace and quiet. It had just enough space for the two of us, and had all of the comforts of home. We loved the patio next to the creek and loved the sound of the rushing water. I really can't pick on anything except there is no off street parking available on the property, although there is city parking (about 50 yards away) if nothing is available on the street in front of the house. In no way was this the fault of the homeowner, but our car was struck by a drunk (?) hit and run driver when we parked it on the street during our stay. Overall, we loved the little blue house and would definately recommend it to couples looking for a quiet, private get away in Manitou.

Just perfect!

  • 5 of 5

We agree with all the others who have said this is the perfect little house for a couple. Ready access to "downtown" Manitou and beautifully appointed with all you'll need. It's the little touches that make such a difference, basic spices in the kitchen, enough dishes, plenty of wine glasses (even plastic ones for taking outside), lots of hooks in the bathroom, lots of drawers. And the orientation letters from Greg and Melinda gave us all the information we needed to get settled in. When our five day stay was over, we were not ready to leave! After the five days of sight-seeing, climbing, hiking, we really needed more time on the back patio just listening to the creek and having coffee then maybe wandering through the shops.

Perfect Couples Getaway!

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed this little house. It had everything we needed and was the perfect size for a couples getaway. We loved sitting outside, either in the back enjoying our privacy and the creek behind us, or watching the world go by on the cute little front porch. We will be back!
