This property is perfect for families, couples or anyone who wants a peaceful, natural, mountain experience while being close to everything at the same time. While drinking your morning coffee, watch hawks, blue herons, and many other birds enjoying the pond each morning.
The WiFi is high speed cable. All living areas are on one floor and easy to navigate. Entry has a security/weather camera. As noted in the first photo for this property, the RENTAL IS THE LOWER LEVEL.
Although we are pet friendly, the rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest's visit. Dogs or other animals must be approved by owners PRIOR to booking. The pet fee is $75 for the first dog, and an additional $25 for a second dog. That is the maximum number of dogs that will be approved, unless the owner consents and additional fees would be applied.
As we have worked hard to create a peaceful setting, it is NOT suitable or allowed for loud or late night partying or large gatherings. If you are planning a family reunion, we have an additional rental on the other side of the pond which sleeps six (VRBO property #708010). Just a note: The address for this rental has been changed by the Emergency 911 system to 10 Heron Pond Lane, although it is the same location. Sometimes it does not show up on any maps or GPS. Use the detailed directions provided. If you book this rental, you will receive a Vacation Rental Agreement and, if approved, for dogs, a Dog Guidelines Agreement. You must sign and return this agreement(s) within 72 hours to the address provided in the Agreement(s). We recommend you purchase travel insurance.
