3 Bdrm Townhome with Harbor and Beach Views

Our beautiful townhome was purchased and newly furnished in 2012. It features all new furnishings, 4 terraces, 2 overlooking the harbor (where manatees and dolphins have been spotted swimming), 4 TVs, cable, internet, washer/dryer, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king poster bed and en-suite bath, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bath, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and is located next to the main bath. The sofa pulls out into a comfortable queen size sleeper. We also have a queen size air mattress.

The townhome is in the Resort & Club at Little Harbor which is right on Tampa Bay between Tampa and Sarasota but away from the crowds.

The beach is just yards from our home. On the beachfront you can enjoy full service dining all day, the tiki bar with live entertainment, and the beautiful sunsets over Tampa Bay. The community offers a private beach, heated pools, outdoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness center, basketball, volleyball, playground, jet ski rentals, boating, 2 marinas with slips and a fishing pier.

About Mark and Julie Campbell

We live in Indiana but just love Florida. While visiting earlier, we began looking for property to purchase for future use. We stayed at the hotel here in The Resort & Club at Little Harbor and fell in love with this area. The rest is history and here we are.

What makes this townhome unique

The benefits are awesome here. You can do as much or as little as you like. The area offers tranquility yet is within 1/2 to 1 1/2 hours of everything. Busch Gardens, Disney, all Tampa and St. Pete have to offer, shopping, restaurants, theater, golf, airports, outlets, etc. It is right on Tampa Bay and has incredible sunsets and absolutely amazing weather.

Everything was great - We booked this for my daughters graduation from the University of Tampa. Fantastic location and just an outstanding place. would definitely revisit!!

4 adults stayed in the condo in September and had a great time. The location is excellent close to the beach, restaurants,and grocery stores. The condo is very well equipped and there is everything required for a fun vacation. The Sunset bar and grill was a very good place to eat and watch the sunset. I highly the condo as a great place to stay.

April School Vacation

My family and I spent April 2016 school vacation here. We loved the condo, it was well maintained and the furnishings were up to date. The layout was perfect for us, we had two adults and four teenagers. It was a short walk to the private beach and pools. It was in a nice quiet location away from all of the hustle and bustle, the drive to Tampa was less than thirty minutes.

The owners checked in with us before we arrived as well as during and after our stay to make sure we were happy. Our security deposit was returned immediately after our return home. Any questions I had for them they immediately responded to.

I would highly recommend staying here.

If we ever return to the area we would definitely stay here again.

Misleading pictures and , terrible view.

Description and pictures are very inaccurate and misleading. The view is terrible, nothing but trees. Beware the "damage deposit" as no matter how clean and undamaged you leave the property and follow the "cleaning" instructions your "damage deposit" will not be refunded. This is just extra charges the owners are tacking on.

Owner's Response: Our overall rating is a 4.6 out of 5. 99.99% of our guests rate us at a 5 or 4 out of 5. Our goal is to have our guests completely enjoy their stay in our home. We know that for most folks the investment in your vacation is important to you and we want your time at our home and resort to be absolutely pleasurable. We took the pictures of our home ourselves so we know they are very accurate and not at all misleading. We do ask that all guests treat our home with respect as they would their own home. We want our home to be well appointed, fresh, clean, and comfortable for our future guests. We have only withheld a portion of the damage deposit twice in four years. We do not expect to find, seashells in the garbage disposal requiring repair, excessively soiled carpet requiring additional cleaning, brand new bathroom towels ruined and needing to be replaced, pictures broken, the stove left filthy, trash left behind, sticky residue and water condensation rings damaging our solid wood furniture, etc. I contact our guests once they arrive to check in on them and be sure our home is meeting their expectations, and that they a comfortable. I also encourage any comments or questions immediately upon arrival so any guest requests can be addressed. If I do not hear anything from a guest until after they depart, I can only assume our home either met or exceeded their expectations during their visit, which is our goal. 99.99% of our guests love our home and take good care of it during their visit. Very relaxing and comfortable

We had a wonderful vacation here. The condo was very nice, beds comfortable and watching the manatees swim from the living room and balcony was a treat. We could walk to the beach, pool and two restaurants and caught a beautiful sunset from the beach. We are definitely coming back.

Our townhome is waterfront on the harbor where you can relax on one of the four terraces. Manatees and dolphins have been spotted swimming in the harbor near our home. The resort is located directly on Tampa Bay in the Resort and Club at Little Harbor. The resort offers all the amenities full time residents and vacationers enjoy in just a short walk. These include a private beach, 2 pools, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center, shuffleboard, basketball, jet ski rentals, fishing charters, 2 marinas with slip rentals, 2 restaurants, a tiki bar on the beach and beautiful sunset views. Bring your boat!
