  • 2 Bedroom and 2 full baths. Additional Guests : I would like to keep my rentals to a two person maximum for the term of the lease. Although, I understand people may have a friend or family member who may want to visit. I only allow one week for a guest and they must be on the lease and approved by the owner and the Southwest Property Management .There will be an additional cost for the overnight guest if over one week.

Beautiful, Clean and Convenient

This condo is very well maintained and you can see the owner decorated it with love and style. The pictures you see are very accurate and lovely.

We enjoyed our 3 months and would come back but we loved it so much we're thinking of buying in the area. You could not have a better location in Naples, convenient to the airport, restaurants, and so many big box stores my head was spinning. Yet the location of the condo was quiet and private...neighbors were friendly and welcoming. You definitely won't be disappointed

Quiet, Beautiful, and Convenient

We stayed in this condo for 3 months last winter and loved it. The view from the porch is tranquil, the furnishings are attractive and comfortable, and the neighbors, whether renters or owners, were friendly and quiet. The Vineyards is convenient to everything we wanted to do in the Naples area, and is a beautifully-kept property. We are very happy to be returning for the same period next winter and can highly recommend this rental.

In over 20 years of Florida holidays my wife and I have never rented a better Condo than this one in Vineyards - I include the various prior visits we have made to Vineyards before in this statement. Condo is ideally situated, has great relaxing views, is well designed with good decor has great furnishings and a helpful owner/manager. We hope to rent this condo again and again ..........

My wife and I stayed at this lovely condo for a month. It was tastefully decorated. The sunny-south facing lanai where we enjoyed reading and relaxing with the lakefront view. Two new HD TV's in both the living room and master bedroom with WI-Fi and cable included. The condo is roomy and comfortable.

We enjoyed taking walks through the Vineyards. The grounds are lush and well maintained. The owners of this condo were friendly and easy to work with. A+

Very nice

We enjoyed our stay at this well kept condo.Perfect for two people.The first floor was great as well as the very lovely furnishings, the 2 flatscreen televisions, the comfortable kitchen/laundry and the view to the lake and short distance to the pool.Also I loved sitting in the bedroom chair and being next to the sunny lanai.The Vineyards does keep the grounds looking nice. Being close to the little shopping center/walking paths added to the experience. People were friendly.You are close to #75 and not far to downtown Naples and all their activities/restaurants.I wish this condo was OURS!

A Rare Find

This condo is gorgeous - the pictures don't do it justice. We loved the brightly lit rooms and the south-facing lanai overlooking the pond and fountains. And, as the sun goes down, the fountains light up creating a spectacular view.

Everything is new, fresh, and clean. The rooms are beautifully decorated.

The Vineyards community has well-maintained grounds and is centrally located between Old Naples (down town), North Naples (Mercato), the beach, and golf.

It is within walking distance of a Crossroads shopping mall. Some of the stores include: Publix, Walgreens, fitness, nail spa, hair salon, dentist, fine and moderate dining, ATM, Chase bank. McDonalds, gas station, and and Physicians Regional hospital.

Easy access to I-75. 5 Miles to Naples beaches, estuaries, old downtown Naples, new Mercato district, and the charming Naples Zoo.

Peak Season: (Jan-Feb-Mar-Apr) @ $3,900.00 per month.
HOA application fee: $100.00 (one-time). 50% of rent and tax due at time of application approval. Remainder of rent, tax, and cleaning fee is due 2 month prior to first day of rental period. Owner will provide necessary forms etc. Security deposit due upon signing of the lease. Tourism Tax is 11% which is collected from the tenant.
Cleaning fee : $150.00 (exit cleaning) or actual cost will apply.If you desire to have additional guests during your stay there is a one week minimum. Or additional costs will be added. You must speak to owner regarding guests.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
